Score from 582 reviews Excellent
Very comfortable room, coffee machine was excellent, free wi-fi very useful. Staff responded immediately to any requests and then always telephoned again to check all was OK.
$29 a night for parking I thought was a little much.
Everyone was courteous and helpful, especially the concierge service. Good breakfast and price when ordering off the menu.
Carpet in our room is in need of deep cleaning.
Great access to the airport for early flights. Staff was very helpful. IHOP on the site.
The staff were most friendly and accommodating. The accommodations were clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was reasonably priced.
The ac was loud.
10 minute walk to the French quarter and garden district, which was perfect for us. Gave us a chance to explore the city. The staff was polite and helpful and the facilities were updated. Great to have access to a pool too!!
No appoligy for mistakes made by staff. Not enough coffee for two persons in room. No help with bags at all!
All was well till the alarm went off and my handicapped sister was told to make her way down ten flights of stairs! Only then to be told it was a mistake!! No apology, nothing!! She was crying and in severe pain when I arrived back to room!!
parking rates extreme.
Location and friendliness of staff and eorkets.
shower head with no water pressure to clean up. This is all I have to say was disappointing.
it was all great but the shower head would not put out enough water to take a shower.Really only disappointment
There should be tea bags too.
The beautiful mural 3D paintings.
Our bill was wrong and had to be corrected. .Had slight problem with the WiFi staying connected. .
Convenient location and very comfortable stay..
Our room was not serviced twice out of four night stay. We left the room before 11 am on both occasions. There was no 'rule ' or policy stated about the time one needed to leave the room by. On the matter of pillows, the Hotel literature said to contact them if you needed a different type. When contacted no other"type" actually existed. Small things but should be dealt with.
Rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable with some personality via the art and decor
I was in room 919 next to exit door and a leaking ceiling in the hallway with a bucket to catch leaking water. I could not sleep due to water drops into the bucket and constant opening and closing of the door. It was terrible!
Staff were helpful but seemed overwhelmed.
We had five rooms and they were on five different floors, even though they were all booked under one credit card. Two rooms weren't cleaned during our stay and we had to ask for towels. The internet was down for part of our stay and the telephone didn't work in one of the rooms.
Rooms were spacious and staff was friendly. Great bartender!
The air conditioner in the room is loud and annoying and the parking fee is ridiculous (and I live in Las Vegas). While the free wifi was great the entire hotel (actually, I think the entire block) experienced an outage that the cable company took a couple of hours to get back up and running, so watching tv was out of the question for a little while. Needless to say that was not the fault of the staff, but it would have been nice to get some sort of notification from them as soon as they found out about the outage, rather than having guests wonder what was wrong when attempts to troubleshoot the tv failed numerous times.
The staff was very nice and the room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The location of the hotel is not walking distance from the French Quarter, but a very short drive.
Walking distance to the French Quarters
The security feature on the elevator.
Not possible to make payment in advance with wire transfer. That would be much easier for accounting. Upon arrival the hotel tries to reserve whole amount on your credit card, that is uncommon for European travelers. Price is high, but breakfast is not included.
Big clean rooms, wonderful view, balcony, swimming pool and gym, fast and stable internet connection, helpful concierge
Hair dryer does not work, water was cold so I had to change my room. The new room was much smaller than I booked so I payed more got less. I do not recommend.
Poor wifi reception at my room on d 9th floor
Everything except d poor wifi reception at my room on d 9th floor
Sliding door . single ply toilet paper?!!?? No robes
The sliding door to the belcony needs replacing. The bed by the window was freezing due to the draft. The door barely moved and you could hear all the traffic bells whistles and sirens all night long. .
Room furnishings need to be updated, specifically the sinks. Waaaay overpriced for non-boutique amenities. Public service vehicles with blaring sirens were annoying.
The hotel was nice and clean. The walking distance from French Quarter is great. Staff was nice.
ONLY downside is that the hotel is an older property and the sliding doors let EVERY sound in from the street below. Not a lot of sound insulation.
For what we wanted to do (which did NOT include heading to the Quarter) this was a very good location, parking onsite was a big benefit, as was a restaurant that never required a wait.
The air conditioning that blew over one's head from the floor over the bed. It undermined an otherwise very nice stay.
Charge to park your car. Expensive food and drink Taxi charges to airport.
Close to amenities Bus and Trams
