    Nice staff. Outside murals on the walls.

    Beds were horrible! We had a double room but aside from the full size mattresses ..they were so old the middle of both were sunk in. Both my husband and I woke up with the worst back aches..the shower head was rusted and the room smelled stale.

    Staff was really helpful, it was my first time in New Orleans and I really enjoyed everything. The room was a little pricey.

    Room was a little pricey. But other than that i really enjoyed my stay.

    The restaurant was great

    Parking garage not tall enough, tv channels sucked and the cleaning women leaves their cleaning carts in the middle of the hallway and you can't get by them with luggage!

    I loved the room. The bed was comfortable, the balcony view was awesome, the bathroom was nice, and the lobby/pool/restaurant/bar was beautifully decorated and very nice. The staff was professional and very helpful.

    The parking was a bit high priced. The water was hard and didn't feel clean and the pressure wasn't the best. Had to pay for breakfast separately. The pool view wasn't very good, run down buildings around and beside it.

    Excellent staff, could not be better! Good location just a 8-10 minute walk from Bourbon Street. Good parking. Stable and reliable wifi.

    Mouldy smell in hallways, stained curtains.

    Just about 99.9% of everything. I plan on returning this Fall, with my wife to see more of the French Quarter. Your outstanding staff always had a smile on their faces and more willing to help if we needed it. Thanks

    Our only complaint is with the Buffet Style Breakfast for $13.99 - we thought that our coffee and orange juice was included in the price, so instead of a $28 breakfast it was almost $42 which came as a total surprise to us. Next morning we ordered off of the menu. I think you need to let your guests know that...

    I loved the location. Even though this hotel wasn't in the french quarter, it was easily accessible, if you enjoy walking. I also had a conference at the convention center and it was about a mile away. Even if you don't enjoy walking, cabs frequent the area and you can easily get around to the known spots for about $10 one way. The hotel has also did a great job with updating the decor and making it a modern french dynasty.

    The air conditioner was loud :(

    I didn't like anything & this is the last time I will stay in a Holiday INN somewhere else.

    1- I asked for a King size bed & we got a room with double bed. 2- The first day we left our room in the morning & asked to clean the room & we came back late (around 10 pm) to find nothing was done in our room & their answer was that this was due to heavy check in at the hotel that day (what an excuse). 3- There was always something missing from the room. once the towels another time some amenities that should be there on daily basis. 4- One morning I called asking for two bottles of water & the reply was that we are so busy in the restaurant & you have to wait around 45 minutes to get them. in general the whole stay was bad & I have a complaint to Booking.com as the rating for this hotel was really high & we were mislead.

    The staff was very accommodating with providing me a room with double bedding. I had requested this with booking.com but holiday had me booked with a single bed and I requested a double.

    Molded refrigerator , air conditioner was on 46 and still was hot. Breakfast costs extra, parking at the hotel costs extra

    Very clean room with a nice bed (incl choice of pillows) and fresh bathroom. Most people working there are very nice and friendly. Only 10 mins walk to French quarter. AC in room which is controlled by guests (on/off, temperature).

    We arrived in the middle of the night due to flight delays and got told our room had been cancelled and given away to other guests. We had to stay in a barely clean budget hotel nearby for the first night before sorting it out the morning after. Our suggestion for a late arrival is either to pay when booking, or call the hotel to make sure they know you are coming and keep the room for you. Also, there's not a lot of good places to eat in the vicinity except the hotels own restaurant, a walk closer to the French quarter is required for more options.

    The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was close to the Downtown core. I liked the hotel!

    The reception staff need some training. I don't know if the person I dealt with at check in with was new but they forgot to list my name on the computer as being in the room. This was not an issue until my key card stopped working. The person at the desk would not give me a key even though it was my credit card that had been used to hold the room and me that filled out the room card.

    Excellent location, great value for money

    Parking fee, morning of check out we were disturbed at 8.15am by cleaning staff asking if we were checking out that day, upon arrival at the hotel i asked where to park and was told to just pull into the garage, later on that day when checking in we were advised that guests must park on certain floors so we had to go move the car.
