The sliding door to the belcony needs replacing. The bed by the window was freezing due to the draft. The door barely moved and you could hear all the traffic bells whistles and sirens all night long. .
Sliding door . single ply toilet paper?!!?? No robes
The hotel was nice and clean. The walking distance from French Quarter is great. Staff was nice.
Room furnishings need to be updated, specifically the sinks. Waaaay overpriced for non-boutique amenities. Public service vehicles with blaring sirens were annoying.
For what we wanted to do (which did NOT include heading to the Quarter) this was a very good location, parking onsite was a big benefit, as was a restaurant that never required a wait.
ONLY downside is that the hotel is an older property and the sliding doors let EVERY sound in from the street below. Not a lot of sound insulation.
The air conditioning that blew over one's head from the floor over the bed. It undermined an otherwise very nice stay.
Close to amenities Bus and Trams
Charge to park your car. Expensive food and drink Taxi charges to airport.
The room its self wasn't private enough you could hear everything in the hallway
The location was quite convenient to where we were interested in visiting. The service/staff at the Hotel was just perfect. If, I were ever to return to NOLA I would happily stay at the Holiday Inn Superdome. And I sure plan on returning to NOLA is the near future.
Great accommodations for the price
I liked the location, within walk g distance of Tulane Medical School and the French Quarter
The bathroom did't have an exhaust fan. The $29.99 daily parking fee was ridiculously high; for example, we later stayed at the Parkway Hotel in St Louis and were charged $5 a night to park.
Nice people, clean rooms
Further away from French quarter than i would like. Sirens blasting thru the night
Parking was in the same building.
Cost on everything. Overpriced food, overpriced parking, overpriced room.
The location was great The room was beautiful The staff very helpful
I could not sleep due to the noise level from the street. You could hear people talking, laughing, drunks being belligerent. I twas as if the window was wide open!
The layout of the hotel was excellent and comfortable
The bartender Bydrow had an attitude when we first bellied up to the bar. He was not too accommodating. But after a while he warmed up.
EASY WALK TO SUPERDOME. BALCONY CLEAN POLITE STAFF
FOOD AT RESTAURANT BELOW AVERAGE. PARKING PRICE BATHROOM DOOR WANT STAY CLOSED IN OUR ROOM
Big room, with good fornuture. Clean bathroom with a good shower.
within walking distance to the downtown core
should have a better menu for food
We liked the location (close to the Superdome); The Food at the Hotel Restaurant was very good...
Prices for the room and food was alittle high but that is New Orleans!!
I loved the location, and the overall comfort of the hotel.
The staff was not friendly, and multiple calls for room service were made before someone actually came to clean the room
Only one thing I didn't like was; On the check-out day I decided to go to the pool before the check out, my key wasn't working anymore on that door for some reason.
Bed was awesome and room was nice. Staff was good and very nice.
Parking fee was pricey. Televison service was spotty.
A ready nice place next to the Dome!
it was a room for the inght
was a long walk to the convention centre and french quarter. Getting a taxi proved difficult one day.
