Out of the way but close to ferry if driving, little bars/cafés in Algiers near ferry wharf
Air con to cold in bar/dining area
Comfy and well set up.
The carpet smelled musty.
The pool was not clean
We had a problem with our reservation a mistake on our part. The ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help us get into a room. A beautiful room, very clean and had the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever slept on.
I would've liked a microwave in the room. But not a necessity.
the staff was courteous! they accommodated my late check out so I can go to church. the room was rather nice. enjoyed my stay. liked I was across from mall.
the coffee pot was horribly nasty! it needed to be cleaned esp where you pour in the water. Wish they had free breakfast buffet.
Didn't stay in room much but when we did we slept. The beds were very comfortable
The restaurant that was attached to the hotel was great. Great environment, food, drinks, and music. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close in proximity to the wedding that I attended. Would definitely recommend it.
Everything was great
I didn't like that there was no microwave in the room
I like the fact that the staff was very friendly and the restaurant & Bar was conveniently located inside the hotel. I like the lounging area and the snack shop.
I didn't like the fact that you only had 2 computers in the lounging area, in which one of them was "out of order". The water for bathing and showering was hard (Probably have no control over this though:-)
The staff was very cordial.
There was a smell of mildew in the suite.
Decent location Restaurant attached
Housekeeping failed to clean the room.
A short drive from town Most of the staff were very friendly (especially the staff in the dining area) ample parking good sized room & clean
Our room was close to a highway with single glazed windows so very noisy.
Poor breakfast. Inadequate information on New Orleans on site
Very clean, staff was excellent, and loved the bar and grill next door. ...
Free and east parking.Room was large.
Service in restaurant was horrible.bathroom was very small. No microwave no breakfast.
Location, comfortable bed.
Room was not cleaned during one day of our stay.
Good welcome from desk staff when we arrived at midnight - very comfortable bed, and spacious room.
Slow service in the restaurant meant we ran out of time for breakfast.
spacious rooms ,well equipped with nice decor
no balcony rooms
Slow running drain in the shower. Standing in dirty water during the entire shower. Gross.
was more than I expected, breaks the rule of you get what you pay for,we got more than expected.rivaled the 500.00 a night places we could not afford.no crowds, even when hotel was filled ,we saw few if anyone, felt very comfortable and secure, free parking was another plus that made my decision to stay here, and easy to get to downtown, less than 5 minutes, the highway noise is not that much, room clean bath clean ,smelled great, room was cleaned daily, would book again for sure.
We loved the view and the breakfast. It was great weekend!
It was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.
The staff was very friendly. I was happy that there was a restaurant located in the hotel but that quickly turned into disappointment when it took almost an hour to get our food(for 3 people).
It looked like the sheets in one of the queen beds wasn't ever changed since there was a huge yellowish brown stain and long red curly hair. Other then that the room was fine
How close it was to New Orleans.
We couldn't stay longer :)
Entire building was very clean and quiet even during Mardi Gras.
The hotel restaurant, the round house, never seemed to be adequately staffed and the wait times for meals and even drinks at the bar seemed excessive. Called room service and waited almost an hour for a hot sandwich and an oyster dinner, which both arrived cold.
