The bed was super comfy and I didn't hear any noise! Slept so good!
Tried calling the restaurant and phone does not connect thru to them! Had to walk down to order.
quiet and comfortable
carpet was buckled, a piece of base molding was missing, the toilet-shower area was so tight the door could barely close.
For some reason, on one evening, someone (not staff) had an entry card and tried to get into my room. When they realized that I was there, they quickly withdrew.
I liked the reaustrant inside the hotel, the room service, the convenient location, and the lovely staff.
At the 10th floor, where I stayed, the WiFi is barely working. Sometimes the rate gets to 0 and you get unreasonably disconnected. This prevent most skype calls, and disturbs even standard browsing.
The building is nice and it's not too far from the French quarter. The bed was comfy and the shampoo and conditioner was coconut lime from bath and body works which smelled nice.
The hall and room smelled like cigarette smoke which I definitely didn't like. The AC unit was super loud for some reason and you hear all the traffic driving outside on the bridges.
the free breakfast
Everything was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Bathroom was neat and clean and so was the room. Loved the view of the bridge. Restaurant around the corner. Stores within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again
That good ole New Orleans (Louisiana) spirit! The staff was excellent and overly accommodating. I have already recommended this hotel to several people who will be visiting the area soon. Shout out to Lorenzo and the night female manager !!!
Not a bad experience, but I think the male manager may have needed a little help. Not as friendly as the others, however, this does not change my rating of the hotel.
location , next to mall and freeway
the guy who checked us in , rude
The staff was friendly with smiles on their faces and willing to help when we had questions.
None of the staff informed us of the scarce cabs available and that no cab companies are willing to cross the river to the west bank after a certain time at night. We got stuck downtown for 5 hours because the cab companies did not answer our calls and 3 of them actually refused to drive us due to the location of the hotel. A staff member from a downtown hotel offered to bring us home when he was off work at 1am, a complete stranger and not a licensed cab driver. Fortunately he was kind and safe. The hotel staff advised us not to drive downtown since Mardi Gras is so busy but we feel like if we had our own car in the first place we never would've been stranded. After we ended up renting our own car we found parking downtown was not that bad and we are able to walk to our destinations without any trouble. If we would've known to rent a car from the beginning it would've saved us a lot of trouble.
Across the river from New Orleans. Short taxi ride. Hotel location nothing special but still okay.
The front desk and restaurant staff was mostly helpful and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and clean.
The hotel only had one or two bell carts and the staff was not able nor particularly willing to help us find one to use. Also beware of staying here if you want to take cab to and from city - since this hotel is on the opposite side of river from downtown NO - some cab companies are not allowed to pick up or drop off from this side of river.
close to the center, free parking
Heating did not work and wifi connection was working slow
rate noise cleanliness
Room was large & clean
Doing loud construction & had the gall to charge double for new years eve, even with all the loud construction going on.
ALL ASPECTS WERE GREAT
THE FOOD AT BAR area was not up to PAR with Tower ROOM & other things ! !
I book on internet and got a price at $787.50 but my credit card was charge $1001 for the rooms. I contact management and they could not assist me because I did this through internet. This was very disappointing. I would like you to look into this matter.
not very clean very far...you need a taxi or car
The people serving are amaZing
Just room was a little u tidy the first day we arrived.
Easy access to French quarter and cruise terminal, recommend this stop!
Great location the beds were very comfortable and was able to sleep, since we did not hear any noise from our neighbors. The taxi driver said there was a flat fee of $21.00 to take us to the French Quarter, which we did give him a total of $25.00.
I still haven't received my deposit back yet
Out of the way but close to ferry if driving, little bars/cafés in Algiers near ferry wharf

Comfy and well set up.
