room was like a horror movie, dark, poorly illuminated, carpets were old, smell was everywhere, view was horrible, was supposed to be a king size suite and was a depressive room, minimal furniture and depressive view or the air conditioner roof. Front desk was not helpful and did not made any effort to try to find a better room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location

L was fooled by a picture that they had a jacuzzi. That's why l booked there. They tore it out last September ! They were remodeling 2 rooms across the hall. Lots of noise in the afternoon. L couldn't take my nap. They had wood floors, cold and noisy. We left 1 day early. Expensive place with no breakfast and no microwave oven.

The staff at the hotel is scary except one young guy. Overall he hotel is nice

It's well located near the Niagara Falls (about 5/10 mins walking), wide free parking area, friendly staff at the reception, free wifi, atm. There's a restaurant as well but we haven't tried it.

The breakfast is great. Nothing fancy just a cosy place to fill out stomach served by nice staff.

Front desk staff aren't friendly nor helpful. At times, they were not able to answer to our queries on the hotel or surrounding area. I've requested for specific room but despite being a member of the hotel programme, I was not granted for these requests. I was given an adjoining an adjoining room, the teenagers next door was attempting to open the adjoining door and at the same time making loud noises after midnight. Complained to the front desk and it was not until half an hour later before I could get back to sleep.

The room had been updated recently and had a modern appeal to it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was sparkling clean. It was close to all attractions and was a very good value for the money.

No coffee available off-hours, not even a machine.

our room smelled like a whole pack of cigarettes.. and there was a yellow stain under out blanket

The hotel is at a great location, very near to the waterfalls and close to the center.

The rooms were a bit tired, the laminate floor was quite worn.

The location is near to the falls and the bridge to Goat island where u can see the three falls.

Hotel staff doesn't know their own area well. Gave us a metro card that says we can take a trolley to the various sites. The brochure wrote that it starts in May thus we double-checked with the hotel staff, they confirmed that it is available now. But when we tried waiting for the trolley, it didn't came. End up we took a bus, and the nice driver told us that it does not operate in April.

I really liked the location of the Hotel. It's VERY close to the main attraction of the city (the Falls).

Indoor Pool was a Plus. Walking distance from the Niagara Falls. The restaurant was very nice and clean.

The Restaurant Menu was not update. I had an old version of the Menu.

Shower did not work. It was a handy cap room and it took 3 people to make the water come out of showerhead

We liked the hotel staff, the restaurant, the fact you have a pool and workout room, easy waking about the area..

Near Niagara Falls, you can walk.

If you have Canada visa, you should stay at Canada.
