The proximity to Quinnipiac university & some really great restaurants! The beds were sinking in the middle & weren't very comfortable!

Location was convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Coffee in lobby in the mornings. Check in/out was easy. Pool was very cold. Bathroom is very small. No refrigerator in room. Coffee pot in room barely works. Not enough towels given. Restaurant breakfast is not included and is expensive. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the halls and adjacent rooms, including just people talking. Power outage occurred twice during two day stay, for no apparent reason. Room was pitch black and halls were black except for one emergency light at the end of the hallway for over an hour. Pay per view movies are crazy expensive, 12.00 a piece. Family room that had two double beds was very uncomfortable. Woke up with neck and back pain both days.

ニューヘイブンの駅まではホテルから送迎用のバスが出ており、ロケーションの悪さをカバーしています。（バ- スがあることを知らず、同じ区間をタクシーに乗ると片道＄３５ほどかかりました。）

The location is very convenient , this is the fourth time we have stayed here.. We loved the pool, it was not crowded and kept warm enough to really enjoy. The restaurant was nice, the prices reasonable and the food good. The restaurant employees were all outstanding. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly, curt and not accommodating in the least. She gave us the distinct impression that we were bothering her whenever needed something. The housekeeping was terrible, the floor was only only vacuumed twice the sheets not changed daily and were worn. The bathroom was wiped down daily, but the tub not cleaned for several days, nor was the bathroom floor. Some days we would have two towels and one washcloth, some days three. Although the room was non-smoking the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. The walls seemed to be very thin, so the room was noisy.
