Our stay was miserable. We used the hotel as the starting point of our vacation prior to leaving the next morning for Hawaii. In the neighboring room, the guest had his television turned up so loud, we could hear it throughout the entire night. At 3 am, my husband finally called the front desk to complain. The front desk called the room once, sent security up to knock on the door & when there was no response, the television continued to blare. At 3:30 am, my husband called back to see what could be done as we had to get up in an hour & had not slept the entire night. We were told there was nothing they could do & offered us earplugs. At 4:30am, when our wake up call came to our room, we heard the neighboring guest cough & he got up to turn off his television. We were offered zero compensation for putting up with a stay where we were unable to sleep. Would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Am ersten Tag musste ich zum Frühstück von der Karte bestellen und der Fruehstueckscopon den ich im Hotelpreis mitbezahlt hatte, reichte nicht aus. Die anderen Tage war das kein Problem da es alternativ Buffet gab

Ja, insgesamt war alles ok.

Leider fährt am Wochenende keine Fähre nach San Francisco, was nirgends in den Unterlagen im Internet erwähnt wurde. So fuhren wir mit dem Auto zur Fähre und erfuhren erst anhand des Fahrplanes, dass am Wochenende kein Fährdienst ist. Wir wären lieber mit der Fähre als mit dem Auto nach San Francisco gefahren.
