It was noisy until way after midnight. The rates had climbed considerably since my stay two weeks previous to this.

The breakfast package if you purchase it additionally is the best part as it beats the usual "hot" breakfasts offered by most places.

Where to start ... there is so much to say ... I purchased the room for an additional day before the day I actually needed because I knew that I would be arriving in the wee hours of the morning. Upon arriving, I was told that I only had a reservation for one day, the first day, and not both days as I had booked. And, that because I didn't come before midnight of the first day, I was cancelled and charged as a no show, so even though I had payed for the room for a full 24 hour period and the hotel wasn't full, they charged me for the room and then kicked me out of it as a no show. So in effect, I ended up getting charged for four nights because I had booked and paid for two online, then when I got to the hotel, I was charged at the actual property for the "no show" night and told that if I wanted to stay I had to buy another night. After dealing with all of this, my wife and I went to our room and had been in there maybe 10 minutes before a member of housekeeping opened the door without knocking, before apologizing and saying "oh i'm sorry they said there was no one in this room". How after all of the stink at the front desk over the excessive charges, does the front desk not know i'm currently in the room they just checked me into?? It's also very near rail road tracks and is a tad noisy. I will never stay at this location again and I will probably never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again because of the antics pulled by the staff at this location.

Snack counter at hotel was extremely over priced. Hotel Restsurant did not want to honor their own policy ie. Kids eat free.

I found the entire visit from beginning to end very nice. The staff was very polite & friendly at check in & check out. The condition of the room was very nice. The price was reasonable and the window view was nice also.

I really appreciate y'all not totally discriminating against my smoking..THANK- You..i Figure my money is just as good as all those non-smokers with perfect lives...so thaaaaaaank-you verrrry much!!!!!!!!!!!!

The friendly staff who were always keen to help and advise on where and what to do. The free shuttle to downtown was also a fantastic selling point, as it allowed us to go enjoy a meal and not worry about diving. Also check the hotel bar out for specials, as we were able to have some cheap drinks during happy hour. Keep an eye out for Christy and Lauren on front desk, they made sure our trip was fantastic! I was really impressed after travelling in Florida for 2 weeks, this was the friendliest one of them all!!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful;Viviane got US setup for holiday inn rewards program AnnIe helped me with my new tablettoaccess your Internet. We indefinitely come back. The shuttle service was good. Best holiday inn I overstayed in for years. Youmusthave upgraadthis one.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff wasn't very informed about own services.

The staff were excellent. I loved the pool and the exercise area. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean. All in all a good place to stay.

Only think I didn't like was that the television didn't get station amc. Not a big deal "just saying!"

We stayed there before and this time was much better-----food much better but we missed having the restaurant open on the weekend.

Only thing, one day after the cleaning of the room, we came back to the hotel to find our room open. Nothing missing, so that was good.

Proximity to airport and major highways. The complementary shuttle servic was also a perk the drivers acted as tour guides of sorts and explained the hotel and shuttle service destinations to the local shopping/dining areas and transportation hubs

Ok lobby is excellent and clean. But on the 9th floor where we stayed there were tons of cockroaches it was terrible. We didn't even want to leave our toiletries out because it was so gross. They were even coming out of the outlets so it's clearly a large problem that they need a exterminator for

The staff was very friendly and arranged for the shuttle to pick us up where we dropped the car off.We ordered room service and it was quick and good.I asked for a room near the elevator and we had that,The pool is nice and relaxing.
