Great location

Facilities are dated. In fact, the hotel is in the midst of renovation and should improve.

Location, the bed was so comfy, and great water pressure in the shower

I had booked a room with a king bed. When I arrived they said that I had a room with 2 double beds, and was told that they didn't have any kings available. After I said that I had paid for a king, surprisingly we got a king room. Makes me think that they over booked and wanted to see if I would go for a different room. After walking around town for the day the door to my room was not shut, but the maid had come and cleaned the room. Lucily nothing was taken from my room. I was not impressed with the staff at all here! The front area was filled with employees, in uniforms, smoking, everytime we came through. I did not get a happy welcoming feeling from this hotel at all.

I ended up paying roughly around 400 us$ per night (without breakfast), which is just way too expensive by any standards in any city anywhere in the world!

The beds were narrow for Queen size beds! The bathroom was not very clean ( dust mites) ....

The availability of razors and shaving cream was nice. The location was fantastic.

Housekeeping was not through. Wifi was not working properly. Heater was too noisy.

The hotel was in an excellent location for all the main historical attractions related to the birth of the USA. The staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel itself is a bit tired but the convenience of the neighbourhood and the ease of access to and from I-95 more than made up for that.

This hotel is well located near Market Street, Liberty Bell and other interesting sightseeing locations.

The comfort is ok, but the breakfast was a bit lean, dirty plates, paying extra (on top of the $20) for orangejuice and no service with a smile. That was a pitty.

The location was right in the middle of the Old City and one could easily walk up to all sightseeing places. the personel of the hotel was was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were a bit small from our point of view. In case of a room towars the 4th street we found it also a bit loud sometimes.

Holiday Inn was a very nice & clean place to stay. We took the package that offered breakfast every morning in the resturant area and it was very good ordering off menu or buffet. I would recomend getting the breakfast vaule. we didn't get to use the pool because it rained on our stay. The staff & waiters/waitress we very friendly and helpful. It was also walking distance in most everything that we wanted to see & the vistor center right cross the street along with where you would catch the trolly for pick ups & drop offs to 27 places to visit. I would stay at the Holiday Inn again. We parked our car in the lot 4 days and had no problem with getting around. nice not having to drive in Philly.
