Great renovation to the property. Staff is very well trained and friendly. The food was very good and the restaurant-bar service was friendly and timely.

I would recommend the hotel because it was nice, but the location of my room was not convenient for me.

My room was on the interior of the building across from the soda machine and ice machine. It was noisy in the early morning hours and I had trouble staying asleep.

I enjoyed how everything that you needed was placed in the room. Everything was great no complaints!!!!!

Right from word go the impression you got when you walked in to the lobby was excellent, very clean and staff friendly, just arriving with my husband & youngest son from England to attend a funeral was not the most pleasent feeling and our first time in New York and not knowing our way around. I can not thank the staff enough for the all the help and advise they were able to give, the food & waiters was excellent and being an x chef I am very hard to please, The staff were so lovely and could not do enough for you, you were not rushed to vacat your room each day so it could be cleaned. The hotel was to a very high standard and could not fault it. We were so lucky to find this hotel and if we ever go back to New York I would book it in a heart beat

Nothing not to like about this hotel excellent.

The staff of the hotel specially the front desk supervisor. He was so polite and friendly that if I have to come back to this area I will repeat in this hotel.

They put me next to a very noisy room i think they use it for their stuff members, room 225 i will never stay at this hotel.

Shuttle don't take you to many places like that beach AC was loud all night an day . Breakfast buffet boring need more choices of food I didn't get my fridge as I was told not happy about that. I made sure twice about it when I booked that hotel.

The location was perfect for my access to the reunion events. The hotel was under remodeling construction which was a downer but the staff was courteous and friendly.

They were doing a mass remodeling which really took away a lobby area.

I liked the cleanliness, the free breakfasts, fast check-in/out. It was very comfortable and clean for the price. I recommend highly.

Vreselijk onvriendelijk, chagrijnig, klantonvriendelijk personeel in ontbijtzaal, Moesten zelf koffie, jus inschenken terwijl zij verveeld met te veel personen rondliepen. Zeer eentonig onbijt met weinig keuze/variatie.

взяли депозит - 150$, до сих пор не вернули, прошло 30 дней. пишут, что вернули через неделю, но подтверждение не высылают! репутации - нет, буду травить по всем блогам!

Super Lage, zwischen 5th und 6th Avenue. Gleich um die Ecke Empire State. Geräumige Zimmer, alles Top! Waren mit 5 Leuten unterwegs, hatten 3 Zimmer. Alle waren sehr zufrieden.

The room was clean and the is really comfortable. The room also had a fridge and microwave

I didn't like that the room didn't have windows to the outside so that I could let in sunlight. The windows in the room open up to the hallway so if someone is walking in the hallway they can see inside the room.

Die Bar wurde neu gestaltet und eröffnet, was angesichts des alten "goldigen" Designs auch notwendig war.... Nun sehr modern und frisch.

Die Zimmer sind hinter einem Gang mit einem "Fenster" aus schwarzem Glas. Prkatisch kein Tageslicht und erst Recht keine Aussicht. Nur zum Schlafen ok.
