Holiday Inn Hotel Port of Miami-Downtown  

Location was fine for our purposes (brief sightseeing trip). Decent- sized room, quiet and functional.

The hotel inside is rather poorly maintained and decorated and the overall impression is that someone needs to go in there for a few weeks with a big mop and bucket and give it a good clean.The breakfast staff could do with a refresher course in hospitality. Overall it's not really worth the £100 we paid for our room, and I'd advise looking at other places for that kind of money.

The location is perfect, the room is great, the beds are comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the pool is really pleasant : we had a great stay !

The wifi connection in our room didn't work, it lasted for a couple of minutes and then we would get disconnected

I only used this hotel for a brief stopover in Miami but it was comfortable and the front desk staff and afternoon restaurant staff were very friendly!

The morning breakfast staff were not very friendly, the pool is very small.

Stayed for ultra festival and the location was amazingly perfect. The facilities were great the cleaning staff were awesome, all staff were very friendly!! Location great for bayside shops and restaurants

The pool was cold even on warm days it was absolutely freezing!

Holiday Inn Port Miami was great location to check out the Biscayne Boulevard where there is lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We definitely would stay there again!

Beautiful views of the Bayside area and the downtown, delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms.

The swimming pool is too small and is in the shadow of the building during the morning

I am being charged a $250.00 fee for using a back linament for my husbands back. The maid claims it was a smoking fee to clean the room. This is not fair when smoking did not occur and what she smelled was a medicine. I will not ever stay at this hotel again. I reserved and paid for 5 rooms Saturday 1/12/13 to accommodate our family before a cruise leaving 1/13/13. I have called them and am repeatedly told to call back tomorrow because someone is not available to help me. In the meantime my visa is charged $250.00. Thanks Holiday Inn.

Carpets of the room is dirty and there was bugs in the bathroom.

The location was excellent as it was opposite the American airlines arena and the harbour. The views from the bedroom were very nice.

Impossible to get any sleep. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything going on next door. We paid 440 dollars for 2 nights for a room so expected much better standards. Parking was also an issue as, although we checked in early, there were no space left at all and we ended up having to pay 20 dollars for a public car park. Finally most staff at the front desk were extremely rude and unwilling to help. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone!!!

We very much like the location. Hotel was clean friendly staff. We use hotels to sleep. Tend to spend all our time out exploring. Staff was very helpful in helping us organize our outings.

Taxi to airport is cheaper and faster then shuttle. I was mislead about shuttles (being cheaper) and wasted a great deal of time and spent more money. I was given a fix quaote for the room a month in advance and they charge it at check out time to more explaining the price changes everyday. This is wrong I am not happy about this. A deal is a deal.

Location. Cruise ship boarding was only a $9 cab ride away.

We reserved a king size bed in our suite for our first night of our vacation. They had overbooked, and it was unavailable. We had to settle for a queen. Minor detail, but frustrating nonetheless for your first day of vacation.

Location was good. Right in front of the bayside marketplace. Right next to a metromover station. Pretty good price for the season.

Bad wi-fi signal. Ridiculously expensive food. Room service food tasted like tv dinner. Hotel smelled weird... But other than that it was fine.

The location is great, directly at the Bayside Miami (shops and restaurants, bus- and boats-tours accross the street)! The breakfast was really good, and the elevators the fastest ever :)
