restaurant hours were listed as 6:30 to either 10 or 11:00. We arrived at 7:30 or 7:45 and were told to hurry up and order because they were closing shortly. A few people came in after us and got the same rush out of there.
Friendly staff, excellent customer service.
The ladies at the front desk couldn't do enough for us. Everybody that worked there was very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant and bar closed way to early
Friendly staff. Awesome pool Convenient location.
Breakfast was ok but the service was very pushy. The waitress was just rushing you out and we considered it expensive for what it was. Not value for money.
No breakfast included
My husband and I stayed two nights at this location. The beds are very comfortable, and the overall room was clean. The carpet and sofa can use extra cleaning due to the smell. The staff was very pleasant! The area is safe right next to several resturants.
The carpet smell....stuffy
Location was good. Manager was very cooperative.
Shower curtain had mold on it. Breakfast was pricey.
At first I was given a double booked room (couple were in the room when I entered @1am), I was then discounted another room. Night help a bit scattered. Otherwise everything was A+.
Being given a non smoking room when I called @ noon (13 hrs prior) to confirm my flight was delayed....then given keys to occupied room.
Great location, very nice room, really liked the pool, will be back in the spring when I visit my son again.
Saturday morning worker was making alot of noise right out my window.
family enjoyed the pool and waterfall. Enjoyed it so much we sat out by the pool to drink our coffee.
the cost of the soft drinks and wine.
Pool and breakfast, fruit water in the lobby
loud upstairs and bathroom floor was not clean.
I liked the front desk staff, very friendly. The room service, not the prices though
I did not like that I was a single mother with a young child ( which ) you don't have an option for,BTW. And I found a "FOLD up pocket knife " about 5inches long , near the corner of the couch ! I leftit on the tv. I forgot to tell them about it as I was leaving. But I would have been very upset if my 5 year old would have found it!
Met my needs
The extra money paid for breakfast was wasteful. Service only fair for nobody else in dining room and food not even average.
At first I was given a very mediocre smelling room, for the money I was paying. When contacted the the main desk they prompted me with a much better room. Good for oe or two nights stay.
No coffee station set up for breakfast, restaurant and bar is open for very limited time,no fresh milk or heathy fruits, pool is very noise. The dogs or pets smell I strong everywhere in the hotel. Pets should not be allowed in the rooms.
I was traveling with my Golden-Doodle, Angus, and not only was the staff accommodating but they seemed to really enjoy him being at the hotel. Jan, the manager, was helpful and positively delightful. The staff made this a wonderful experience!
The quoted price on Booking.com was $97 / night, however I was charged $127 / night- no one was very clear about the difference between the quote and charge, and I ended up paying the higher amount. I was assured that this was not an up-charge due to my dog, so I'm not sure why I had to pay more.
location large room, friendly staff,
bathroom was wedged in
Nothing really but one staff member told us there was hope in that a new manager, Ed, was on board and he was a breath of fresh air.
A staff member told us the ratty carpet in our room was 15 years old. There was mold on the outside of the tub/shower. There wasn't room for my wife or my dobbs kits on the bathroom counters. All the "save our planet" brochures in the room which were yukkie too referred to not changing bed linens Why would we do that if their cleanliness was questionable in the first place was a turn off. It seems this place has been a cash cow for 15 years with no respect for customers. I think that a 3 star is way too high. How about a 1/2 star ? I know how these reviews work, some pr agency will respond to this review in a bubbly fashion on how great their stay was. Do not believe a word of it.
Hotel was very dirty and dated, room had an unpleasant smell. Not the usual Holiday Inn standard.
staff was very nice and the pool was great. king bed very comfortable
The only thing I like about this terrible hotel was the location.
I was placed in a "non-smoking room on the smoking floor." The smell was unbearable. It was Valentines Day, no other rooms. I had to study for a test I was taking the next day, I could not focus b/c of the toxic fumes. My bed sheets and comforter were all dirty and stained. I took pics. Disgusting. I don't think they ever cleaned that room. It was gross. I took plenty pics and will email the manager. I want a full refund. I have never heard of a "non-smoking room on the smoking floor." As a consumer I should have been told, I would have passed! If at least the room was clean it wouldn't have been so bad. The room was gross!
