I was able to get a room with little notice. I was stuck; my flight was cancelled. The room was very clean.
The restaurant service was poor. The windows were sealed shut- I always sleep with an open window for fresh air. No mini fridge or microwave. The coffee maker was in the bathroom.
What they post on booking.com are not correct like breakfast is not free they only give you 20 dollars per family I had 3 kids and.my wife and we're only given 20 dollars and the food per person cost more. And if you complain they tell you to hit the road and manager was not helpful
shuttle to airport \ trolley
The staff was friendly and gave me a pass for breakfast and drinks bc it was my birthday. So nice!
No outdoor pool.
The pool was a great size and well maintained. Closely located to I-205.
Over priced. Felt like a 2.5 star at a 3 star price. The staff was polite. The carpeting in the halls outside the electors was dirty and worn.
helpfull staff, good breakfast at hotel restuarant, claen room
need to change carpets at corridors
Twice house keeping barged into the room by using their key. .. just knocked the door and barged without giving ample time for me to respond. .. ridiculous
Room was clean and comfortable
Hall smelled funny. Housekeeping nearly blocked the whole hallway while cleaning rooms, making it hard to pass by. There was trash and random dishes in the hallway during the day...
Absolutely idiotic to have to pay extra for a refrigerator
I liked everything about this place, perfect !loved it
On booking .com, the place I reserved said double room. A typical person would think two rooms but instead it means two beds I got very upset when I got there because I was tired from a 12hour drive, but they found us a very good suite for a reasonable price I was satisfied with that.
Everything. This was the first time that I travelled to the USA. The staff at the Holiday inn at PDX were fantastic. Always helpful, no hassles whatsoever. The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable and very clean. I Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel that is great value for money!
All the websites says this hotel has a hot tub and it doesn't. This was the sole purpose we wanted to stay here. Also, the last holiday inn we paid $40 more and our room was twice as nice. The quality of the room was not as good as it should have been for the price
Isaac was really wonderful.
The train that ran all night long
Pet friendliness. Staff and guests were very welcoming to our shaggy 80-pounder. The $20 pet fee was quite reasonable (abd friendly) compared to neighboring hotels' fees of up to $100! The room was quiet enough so that nearby airport and railroad noise did not disturb.
Bed pillows were small and overstuffed. In a previous response the manager stated these were being replaced with standard pillows. Not in room 302! The hotel is showing its age and needs refreshing (new carpeting, for example). Although clean, the halls and room have a disturbing chemical smell.
hotel was clean and lobby had a modern design, with a cute coffee shop.
bathroom was a bit outdated. walls seemed "paper thin". I could hear our neighbors and it sounded like anyone in the hallway was inside our room.
very friendly hotel, wonderful breakfast and dinner. super organisation with shuttleservice to the airport for free
needs a car to go shopping or to a restaurant.
Very pleasant server at breakfast.
The website said you had a hot tub. Extremely disappointed to find out at check in that this wasn't true.
