Everything! Very comfortable!
Location to my customers
The internet connection was terrible. Being bumped off the internet connection interrupted doing business from the room I can't do from the road. I attempted to reconnect throughout the night and no connection was available. The 'black out curtains' did not darken the room at all.
Convenient location to find
The restaurant was closed for Christmas Day. Luckily, Shari's was open on Christmas Day.
Excellent customer service by Kevin as well as Matt. Went above and beyond to make this stay a great one!!
Bedding and towels were sufficient. Room size was adequate
Old and dated floor carpet and furnishings, loose fixtures in bathroom. Only one outlet in bathroom. I had requested two adjoining queen rooms. Was given one king on first floor and one king on third floor.
Good hotel for the cost.
some current repair going on
The staff was amazingly courteous. The room and bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was a great way to start the day.
Our trip was business related and most of that took place in downtown Portland, however I had stayed at this Holiday Inn before and knew how comfortable the rooms, especially the beds are so we drove out of our way to take advantage of that. The staff were great, there was a bit of an issue because Booking.com sent my name to them spelled in correctly but the staff got it sorted out right away.
A silly thing but the small refridgerator in the room wobbled horribly so it made it very hard to open and close.
-Overall value -Breakfast buffet was comparable to a Marriott concierge breakfast buffet -Friendly front desk staff
-Air conditioner a little too loud -Tried to give us room 124, which is first floor, next to the elevators, and also next to the parking lot door where everyone loads and unloads.
Loved the hotel very comfy and the morning buffeft was so good loved it and I think every time I travel to OR that's were I'll stay.
The staff was great, they let us check in two hours early with no extra charge. They asked us about our stay, they gave us great directions on everything at the hotel location. They were fabulous.
Wish the AC got a bit cooler, otherwise no complaints whatsoever. Clean, nice, good location, wonderful options with the shuttle.
Convenient location to easy access to freeway
Wi-Fi very slow
Friendly staff, nice location.
The Wifi connection is really slow. No utensil available after hours.
The double bed
Way over priced, was booked even though no rooms were available.
The restaurant was great! Good food. Staff was very nice. Room was clean, comfortable.
Couldn't stay on wifi. Could have directed me to elevators when I first checked in.
room was nice, help was nice, and tried to make things work.
my wife needs a hard line to connect to a router to use her work computer and we were assured that the room had what we needed. we got in the room and checked and well it didn't work, hard line was dead so after a day and us willing to move rooms or whatever was needed to get a hard line we ended up with a data cable running from the hall roof into the top of the door into the room. once the internet was there we had to pay 12 bucks to get decent speed (3-5 meg down 1.5 up ) had service to the laptop but still couldn't get the router to get access due to the gateway block. Now we have a hard line why do we need a gateway to prove we are in the hotel? anyway we were assured that it would be working fine by Monday morning when she had to log in. Well Monday comes and after 2 hrs on their tech service trying to get the tech to understand that we have a router and need to have a unblocked line for it to work and the tech support not even understanding what we were talking about we called it quits and had to find a new place to stay for the week. we went to check out and even though they knew full about what had been going on for the last two days we got no discount, comp, or anything for the lost work time. So basically we paid over 200 bucks a night and a lost day of work. I wish they would have just been honest with us right up front so we could have found another place and not wasted our time.
Bed and pillows wonderful!
Wifi did not work well but that was from the 4th floor.
