The evening meal was good and good service in the restaurant. It was a very ugly dark room. The restaurant does not open at lunchtime, and there is no way of getting any food until evening when the restaurant opens. The staff were very unproffessional. I had to wait from 10.30 until 2.30 in the foyer while my room was prepared. The guy at the front desk spent the whole time on the phone loudly chatting to his friends, while I waited in the foyer with no food. When I asked the same guy at the front desk for a taxi to go to a business meeting, it was half hour late, it wasn't even a real taxi, with no gps or clue where they were going, I got rippoff bill, with no possiblility of a receipt for my company because it didnt have any payment facility. When i asked why it was so high the taxi driver told me that the guy at the front desk needed to be paid half of the fare so it had to be higher than a normal fare. I was 40 minutes late for the meeting, my whole reason why I flew into NC from NYC was this meeting. I am very angry that the unproffessional and greed of the hotel staff ruined my business appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
