Room is clean and quiet
I dont like the heater, is on the bottom next to my bed, the air is windy and noisy when I sleep next to it.
Did not get room service one night, next night did not have coffee filter replaced. Could not make coffee.
Quiet, nice pool, clean.
Returned to our room at 3:30pm and our room had not been cleaned! The maid came and made the bed, gave us clean towels and emptied the trash, then left. Left the room again at 4, came back at 9 pm and the room had been visited by the maid?
Located close to casinos and I80 clean comfortable rooms
Room did not get cleaned by 6pm. Requested towels only
Clean room, Friendly staff. Clean grounds, pool/hot tub. Quiet at night. Decent rate during Air Race weekend. We'll be back!
Location,shuttle,bed sleep fair.
Old furniture, no room service, breakfast stopped at 10:00am should be 11:00am. No one to greet you are bring luggage to room. they advertise heated pool but it wasn't. This hotel wasn't worth $200.00.
The room was comfortable and nice and large. Everything was clean. I would stay at this hotel again, but I would not eat there.
The breakfast buffet was over priced and not very good. The eggs were cold and dry. I don't even recall what else I had because there wasn't much too choose from. Whatever it was, it was also not hot. The second morning, I ate at Denny's. Not much better, but certainly more food for the money.
Staff was competent, friendly, and helpful. Location was convenient to the highway (though there were few other resources - restaurants, etc - in the surrounding industrial district).
WiFi, which was fine on arrival, became totally inoperable in my room after the hotel began to fill up in the evening - an obvious bandwidth problem. Staff confirmed that this was a common problem. Forced to spend two hours in the lobby where WiFi was available. Also, the elevators were cranky and unreliable - at one point, I was unable to get an elevator to move off my floor; later, I found both elevators stuck on the top floor and unwilling to move, so had to climb seven stories to my room
Very nice and close to town.
The air conditioner was loud! Old style.
poor air conditioning in a hot town
There was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room,
1. We did not receive hand towels one day, and didn't notice it until we returned to our room at 10 p.m. No one was available to bring them to us. We were too tired to go to desk to get them. 2. Very small closet! 3.Extremely noisy party on our last night, on main floor with large booming speakers --extremely annoying; easily heard it thru the walls, till 10 p.m. The speakers should have been turned way down!!!
THE TOILET IN MY ROOM DID NOT WORK PROPERLY
Helpful and pleasant staff.
Its was nice, clean and comfortable.
At check in after I clearly told the receptionist that I would pay cash she still charged my bank card. I paid $222. Cash and $272. Got charged to my bank card. I spent 1hr plus trying to get it fixed... 4 days later and its still hasn't been fixed.
The bed was very comfortable.
The elevator. I was on the 8th floor and every time I went up it would go to the 9th floor then I would have to push the button again to go down the the 8th floor.
Beds were comfy and AC was good.
Found condom in room above ironing board :(
Front desk personnel gave me a hard time when I wanted to use a different payment method than what I used when I booked the room. We stayed two days and our room was not cleaned. They would not bring up clean towels, I had to go down and get them myself.
Clean, nice atmosphere.
Barely any outlets in the rooms and no breakfast.
Staff was wonderful and bed was comfortable
Wi-fi didn't work and the bathroom floor was a bit dirty
When I booked online, I specifically looked for and requested a crib, as we were traveling w/a 2 yr old. I had also booked and given my credit card number for 2 rooms, as we were traveling w/another couple. When we arrived, I was told that our rooms were nowhere near each other, and that they would have to call housekeeping for the crib. The girl at the front desk did some maneuvering to get our party in the same area of the hotel, and that they would bring the crib up as soon as they could. We dropped our stuff in the room, and left for dinner. Upon returning, we checked both rooms, no crib. I tried to call housekeeping and my call never went through, I then called the front desk and got a recording stating that due to a high volume of calls, my wait time was going to be more than 10 minutes. I then walking down to the front desk (no phones were ringing off the hook when I got there, either???) and was told that since the hotel only had 1 crib, that I was not going to get one, it was already being used. Nice!! Upon checkout, I turned in the keys and wanted to check to make sure that we weren't charged the stated $10 fee for the crib that we never got, and the guy at the desk said, we wouldn't have charged you, there's no charge for crib use. Very frustrating getting online and in person info that is so different. How many people didn't request a crib, or stayed at another hotel because of that $10 fee?? I also LOVED getting to sleep w/a very active 2 yr old, when I could've just brought a port-a-crib from home, had I known.
