Toilet stopped up during our one night stay. Never able to get hot water for the shower or sink, sometimes able to get warm water after a wait. Deadbolt lock on the room entrance did not work.
This hotel is the best we have been to in the last year!
Close to our location
Bathroom dirty and outdated. Low water pressure and lukewarm.
Nice size of room. It was handicapped accessable and we were able to get around with plenty of room with all the wheelchair/walker items. Breakfast was good. It was nice you had a shuttle to the Wine Festival.
Could have used a couple more waffle makers in the morning. Wait was for waffles. Could hear a lot of noise from the hallway through the door. Some guests were inconsiderate with the level of their voices at night. Somehow you need to clean up the water outside the hotel. It was dirty and not pleasing at all.
A very cheap sink upgrade, lighting was poor, and the hall was noisy
The breakfast was good.
The first night the smoke alarm went off in our room every time the heat kicked on, the second night the sheets were never changed and the room was not swept. The pillows on the bed are like rocks and the bed hurt my back. The last night the maid took our shower curtain and never replaced it and she never swept or wiped up anything in the room. No I don't intend to return and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I complained to desk staff about the shower curtain and cleanliness of the room the response was non professional and lacking with integrity.
The toilet's water deposit was loose and leaking. The bathtub was backing up and slow draining. We reported these issues to the front desk but nothing was done about them. On a previous stay -not long ago-, the room was cleaned but the bed was not made. What an oversight! Again we reported the issue and was resolved to our satisfaction.
Very convienient location and staff recommended a great Seafood Restaurant in DelMar only 15 min away.
Mattress was too soft for my wife to sleep comfortably and walls are thin. Could here conversations and music in next room.
facilities showing their age - bathroom fixtures not very clean.
Breakfast clean room
Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean, if cheap looking. A/C was easily adjustable.
For the price, hotel was overall dreary - hallways, lobby, bar and place where breakfast was set-up. Hallways filthy. Breakfast food so-so, but service with the cheapest of paper plates and cutlery and dark area, made this seem like the lowest level of accommodation.
Very roomy, great room for the price
Had a room directly above the bar and the Karaoke was way to loud.
Staff very helpful, restaurant server was excellent. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom clean.
Questionable people hanging around the parking lot. Beer cans found around cars in the morning.
There was a large number of dogs barking on our floor. We were told by the front desk they could not do anything. The indoor pool was closed during most of our stay. Our room was never cleaned while we stayed there. We had to get trash bags from the front desk to keep the trash cans from over flowing.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Children playing up and down the hall while you are trying to sleep.
We liked the location and it served our purpose well. Great breakfast and nice to have a restaurant and lounge on the property.
Breakfast was ok.
This was the worst hotel I have visited. There were so many spider webs in pool area in corners and on the artificial plants. I didn't know if the pool was for guest or the spiders. The pool needs to be cleaned. The wall paper was peeling. The bathroom toilets was filthy on the inside. The room had not been dusted in a while. I asked for my bathroom to be cleaned 3 times. It never happened. The front desk staff lacked customer service etiquette. They were not friendly at all. I had to twist their arm to get a greeting (The morning desk staff). The did not know how to greet customer, very unpleasant. This was such an unpleasant experience, I left early. The facility has an ordor. I will never visit this inn again, even if it was free.
That it was nice clean organized had a pool not far from ocean city got to site see different areas love the breakfast but it was very packed
Everything was great just was too satisfied that beings though we stayed over our beds wasn't remade our trash wasn't collected but everything else was super
We were there for Labor Day weekend, and hotel was full, but considering how many people were at the hotel, it was quiet, not too noisy and not a lot of traffic going in and out of rooms. The breakfast was awesome, not your usual bagels, pastries, coffee, and juice, full menu and it was delicious.
Housekeeping staff wasn't too good, only left one wash cloth in bathroom, had to go to front desk for more, and removed the complimentary toiletries from bathroom, don't know why, but they took them and didn't replace them. Other than that, the stay was good.
First off I didn't arrive until midnight and was still charged a full day plus sheets nd towels were never changed. The hallways looked disgusting my room door had paint chipped just an overall bad experience
Cleanliness of the hotel room
Key Cards to room selectively worked (had to go downstairs twice to make sure they were operable); you could hear the elevators and conversations outside of the room (dog barks included); the toilet was difficult to flush; bathroom door was off the hinges and did not close entirely; the business center was just a small corner in the hotel lobby (was expecting it to be closed off as a room); the loud conversations of the front office staff, maintenance, and guests made it difficult to concentrate on completing work at the business center; while in the lobby, I overheard two staff members state they forgot the guests' room number for which to deliver the extra towels to; the breakfast lacked stock of items such as cream cheese and the juice machine stopped working.
The breakfast was great! Overall stay was great! I would definitely stay here again.
Although breakfast was excellent, the wait to get the breakfast was dreadful. Don't know if it was because of the Labor Day Holiday but the long line made it undesirable. My suggestion is that since the hotel already knows the amount of people staying at the hotel then schedule the breakfast accordingly and maybe have it in one of the big conference/meeting rooms.
Front staff upon checking were nice Bartender in lounge was great
Had to change rooms due to the fact we booked a room with a sofa bed and there was none. Also there was no phone. The 2nd room was not as clean as it should have been. The water was brown at first
Clean, modern bath And Leaving the hotel
Dirty room (hair left on surfaces), television that didn't work, dirty, mildew smell in room that stunk of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room, LOUD late night party in room next to ours and finally the early Sunday morning breakfast , 7-9:30.
Good breakfast, close to shopping and highway
