Above average. Good design for quietness and very comfortable.
Plenty of parking for one who was towing a boat. Outside electrical plugs easily accessible. Comfortible bed. Room was clean.
There where some lights out in the parking lot that where burned out / not working. Also near where I had to park was some broken bottle glass.
The room was large and clean.
I couldn't get HBO or the jewelry station.I wish all hotels carried the game show network.Pool was too far from the room at the back of the hotel I had to drive to take my grandson to the pool, you need to build another pool.
1. Unusual placement/ sparse availability of vending/ice machines. 2. Bathrooms were GROSS, ie: mold , dirty shower curtain, clogged tub. 3. Loitering in the parking lot after dark. 4. Children running around unsupervised and an impatient and frustrated staff as a result. 5. I travel every weekend. This hotel is equivalent to the 45$-55$ priced rooms. The standard discounted rate at this hotel is aprox 100$.
Room smelled unclean and smelled smoke for being a smoke free room
Room was quiet. There were vending machines and the halls were very clean.
The room smelled musty, presumably from the air Conditioner and the fact that there was no fan in the bathroom.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself looked tired anNd dated Inside. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the Salisbury area.
There are not a lot of dining choices in the area.
It was a great place to stay
The overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast was satisfactory.
This facility is in need of renovation. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the air conditioning fan was loud and kept running all night.
Vouchers for breakfast. Quiet hotel. Close to shopping and food.
Decor was a bit dated.
The staff were absolutely wonderful - the front desk, housekeepers, and restaurant
restaurant hours, we are from the west coast and 9a.m. is actually 6a.m. a bit too early Would have liked more variety in vending machines or a variety of goods available near front desk - I was looking for items such as yogurt and fruit (healthier alternatives)
Unfortunately, I had asked for eggs over medium and they were served barely cooked...the whites of the eggs weren't even set.
My stay was very pleasant and suitable for my needs.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The TV and WiFi were good in the room. Breakfast was provided each day, an unexpected bonus.
The security lock to the second floor from the stairs required a room key, but it was broken, and the door opened with no restrictions. As I was traveling solo, I would have felt more comfortable if it was working. The computer and printer in the lobby wasn't working properly, and thus I wasn't able to print my boarding pass. The receptionist volunteered to get someone to fix it, but I didn't have time to wait. The restaurant in the hotel only served breakfast; no lunch or dinner was available.
The hotel looked unsafe so I did not stay.
Staff was friendly in every experience during our stay. The rate was fair for the accommodations in my opinion. It was a little dated and there were no extras like at some other hotels (ie separate soap & hand towel for bathroom)
It was advertised for HBO included, which was not and a lot of the channels listed on the print out with the remote we're not available. I was surprised that anyone would still charge for long distance calling, even for within the state or US for that matter.
It is dated and tired looking. Safety doors were left unlocked.
