Front desk staff needs better customer service training.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and how clean and comfortable the room was.

The one and only complaint that I had during this stay was that the family next to us had an infant that would not stop crying nearly the whole entire time. We did get some great sleep, but were woken several times throughout the night. We are all human, but this was my only complaint.

i definitely choose this place again has all what i need to relax with my family luxury clean for what i paid

It was really comfortable. Our room got upgraded when we got there which was really nice! It was very clean.. Just a great basic hotel

Our door was very hard to open. We had to call the front desk to let us in once. When we first arrived the lady at the front desk was pretty curt, but not totally rude. It is about 15 minutes away from anything, but it's a pretty easy drive. I did get a fifteen dollar charge on my card that I don't understand, but that's probably my fault.

The amenities and space.

Some of the staff was rude.

The $400 executive room was no different than the $100 room. There was dried blood on bathroom floor, yellowish burn stain on sheets & staff didn't seem at all happy or friendly. Been in a lot of hotels & seen rooms 10×s better for 1/4 the price. Deffinately was not a $400 room

It was very clean, there was a freshness to the room, usually there is some type of smell

The room is big and clean. Its a walk away to nearby eateries like TGI Friday, Chinese food, best buy, etc There s also a nearby mall and a bus terminal (around 15-20min walk) that you can take to go to downtown to experience river walk. It is better than staying at Hilton San Antonio Airport Hotel. That was where my conference being held and i stayed there 3 days after checking out from Holiday Inn. The room was small, no plug in (so cant use my laptop and charging my cell) near the bed. So, i have to do all this in the washroom!!! The transition of the TV channels (changing channel from one to another) took forever. Dont stay here...

You can hear people slaming the door and the wall of my room shook at the same time.

When traveling East the 1st gate being clsed and having to exit on the same side as the entrance.

First of all, when I booked through Booking.com, I paid for two days for three persons with breakfast. however when I arrived they told me there is no breakfast included at your reservation, so I show them a copy of my reservation, then they give me two breakfast cards. Then I asked them about my wife and sister, do they need a card too, they said no, just represent the card. The next day when I went to the breakfast, they didn't let my wife and sister in, because they didn't have cards. so I went to the reception, then the young lady told me that's right we don't offer a breakfast with the reservation, and you need to talk to Booking.com. So I called Booking.com, then they call the hotel, and after that they give me the other cards for my family, but no sorry no nothing, like if I was asking for a charity!! Second, there was a place for refrigerator but no refrigerator. Last but not least, I made several local phone calls, and when I checked out, I was shocked by the amount they charged me(around 50$ for six two-to-five-minuets phone calls), and when I asked them why didn't you writ that any where? The same young lady respond this is the hotel policy!! Just to clarify the last point, there was a message on the phone indicating that they will charge me for phone calls, but it was next to the instruction about how to make international phone calls.

Hotel location was excellent with respect to airport, but poor with respect to freeway noise. Pool should have been on other side of hotel. Otherwise, great overall.

The interiors and facilities were really good.

El desayuno. Estuve en este hotel en ocasiones anteriores y el servicio estaba mejor....al menos tenias al cocinero para preparar los omelets....

Me gusta la ubicación lo que siento que falta es una renovación en algunas áreas del hotel.

The bed was so comfortable!! Loved the recycling bin in the room and all the green products! Way to go Holiday!!!

I loved how nice the staff were and also the location was close to a mall and numerous restraunts!

The room did not come with a dvd player like it stated on the website and we thought a club king has exclusive extras but when we arrived the club king "exclusives" were available for all guest, we should have stayed in a suite for the same time had we known that ahead of time.

The breakfast offered was not bad and has variety.

I asked for 3:00 pm late check out and they charged an additional one night stay. The cafe inside the hotel literary robs you off, it is very expensive.

La tina de el baño tenia una fuga y se mojo la alfombra, lo reporte ya que olia a humedad.

Its near d airport and shuttle bus q 15 min. The driver is very nice.

The room is too small. There's no help, its self service to pick up your own trolley to put d stuff.

muy comodo Y limpio. ideal para ir de shopping. Y delicioso desayuno.

It's a beautiful hotel. I loved it. The rooms were comfortable. I'd go again.
