“ It was a great place to stay. People in that area are so nice and very helpful. Even though other reviews said it is ghetto it really isn't. I would rather stay in an area where u still see a scenic view and people are overly nice than a place where it's all snobby people. ”

Nothing, will never return. Somebody at the check-in desk was incompetent.(won't mention the name, but her first name started with j) Twice we were held up trying to check in because she got phone calls. Instead of telling the person on the other end of the phone line something like "Can you please hold, I am with a customer at the moment", she proceeded to spend over 10 minutes talking while we waited. We were very irritated. Also we were totally disturbed by the constant street noise. Also the air conditioner leaked and the bathroom fan didn't work. We were so irritated with the help, we didn't even bother reporting the maintenance problems, we didn't want to even deal with them.

Enjoyed the stay we are from missouri and needed to be close to convention center. When in la a lady told us it was a unsafe neighborhood but we felt very safe ther.

The overall expierence was just great, room was spacious for 2 people, liked a lot of the amenitities, being there for comic con we just greatly appreciated the garage and elevator. Thanks, we will stay again! The 1 thing we had issuses with was connecting to the internet, it was very problematic. Yet it was something I can deal with.

The Shuttle was very helpful and hugely appreciated! The internet access was terrible. I would highly recommend that you get this fixed ASAP as people like me coming on business really do need internet access in their rooms and you will lose customers if this is not addressed.

Hotel was decent for price, room nice and clean no noise issues, and a decent pool Horrible staff very rude, double charged us after we were charged the wrong rate Nd then tried to maker feel as if it was my fault! Took a week to get our money back
