Value for money ! The Hotel needs to be renovated, but rooms are ok and breakfast as well. Location is perfect as within 10 minutes you are at The Union Square (Centre) ,Edward |

The rooms are old. They smelled of Clorox. Shower was ancient. The Breakfast had no selection and was very poor value. Dining room staff were very disinterested. |

This hotel location is perfect, middle of van ness avenue, close to everything downtown, and the Cable Car stops stops just one block from here. The hotel is clean and professional. Very good rate on booking.com, so.. Je recommende vivement! The only small thing is that the windows let some noise from the Van Ness avenue go through the room. But we are downtown, so.. That's not a big issue. Everything else really good quality for the price. |

The location,and staff was very friendly. I did not like that the sports bar, Interlude, did not open until 4:00pm on Sunday! Football starts at 10:00am! We wanted to have lunch and watch the game for a while. We were 2 woman traveling together and we felt more comfortable at the hotel than going to the pub up the street. More woman are into football now. We need a respectable place to watch it when we are not home. |
