Holiday Inn Civic Center  

The pool was the reason why we chose the hotel. The restaurant was clean and the food was nice with the menu having lots to choose from. I liked the fact that you need to use the card pass to get throughout the hotel.

The pool area could be a bit cleaner, I would advise it to be cleaned daily. The area outside the pool could be done up! I think that it needs a paint as well. The balcony outside the rooms could have seats.

The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Absolutely first class.

Did not feel safe in the neighborhood.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was the man who worked in the bar area. He was so nice and very helpful. And the African American lady who checked us in. She was also so nice. Besides that everything and everybody else was horrible!!!

Everything! Never will me and my family ever stay here again! The Asians at the front desk were very rude! The rooms and bathrooms were way to small for the price we paid! Plus if we wanted a fridge or microwave we had to pay extra daily! And $100 just to park at a hotel we paid money to stay at. That is ridiculous!!!! Everything about our stay was horrible and I travel to sf a lot but I definitely will never stay there again!!!

Location

We chose a deluxe room. We were located on the side facing Market and we could hear all night long vehicles driving by, people yelling etc. because of how thin the glass panes were. I stayed at this hotel before, and I liked it. I'm not coming back again.

Very nice hotel in a really good location. The place does not look very nice from the outside, but inside you cannot tell. Very nice rooms, friendly staff, close to both BART and MUNI(less than a block away) only 4 blocks from city center.

The location was great and the hotel contained everything we needed and was very clean and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were very knowledgable and welcoming and help make it feel like we were on holiday. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to friends.

It is located in a region with too many homeless people. Breakfast was not included. There was no frigobar in the room. Local calls are not free.

It has smoking rooms. An essential for my enjoyment of any stay in a hotel. The conference I attended had many suggested hotels none of which had smoking rooms and so I chose the Holiday Inn on that basis. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant and helped to make my stay enjoyable.

8Th street was a little bit outside my comfort zone for walking home alone late at night but the bart was close by and so not a great problem.

I am pissed and will never use you again I unfortunately had to calcel but still got stuck for the full $600 anyway. I asked over a week in advance to cancel but neither you nor the hotel would help Some reasonableness should be permitted

Not much. Personnel was not motivated. Internet was down without notice. And staff didnt care even after complaint. Awfull neighbourhood with lots of homeless people and weird nerds.

It has good freeway access.

The rooms are old looking and not updated. The carpets are stained. and a total per day of $150 for the room plus $46.00 to park the car is really not worth it. In addition there are lots of homeless people around the hotel locations, I know that it is down town but still not pleasant.

La habitación y demás servicios del hotel son los que uno espera de esta cadena.

La ubicación es céntrica, peeero cerca del hotel, hay albergues para gente sin casa (homeless). Esto da un ambiente poco bonito, aunque no es peligroso. Están demoliendo un edificio enfrente, así que durante el día es algo ruidoso, de noche no.

La posizione: a due passi dalla stazione BART mezzo comodo e veloce per arrivare dall'aeroporto. Vicinanza pure con l'Ufficio del turismo in Market Street (5-10 minuti a piedi) e la linea Cable Car. Hotel pulito, moderno e funzionale. Staff gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto le camere al 14. piano con magnifica vista sulla città. Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità.

Hotel bien placé sur market street à la décoration soignée et moderne grande chambre bien équipée très confortable balcon prix convenable pour cette catégorie

Par contre le prix du parking (plus de 40 § par jour ) et du petit déjeuner augmente notablement la facture
