thr parking 45$ per day????? to much!
The staff assign a terrible room to us which almost no too many things in the bath room,eg. Shower caps, Cotton swab, tissues ,etc.....THE Most terrible part is in the mid night which clubs play very loudly music outside, even you use the earplug but still can hear it. Besides the poor air-conditioning not working at the same time and makes me sick in the day after. It’s really not worth this price and stars , highly suspicious of those previous comments !!
Friendly staff, next to metro (BART) and direct airport access without taxi. Lift to room only accessible with room key.
Windows do not provide any protection against noise - rather loud, even on yard side.
Good location next to Civic
It could do with a renovation. The room I had is very old. Also I was on the pool floor so couldn't sleep with the sliding doors open, any other floor had a patio so leaving the doors open would be fine!
The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. I appreciated all of their hard work!
The neighborhood wasn't the best, but, it was in a good location to the public transportation and I felt safe with all the extra safety precautions (needing room key to get to room floor, parking lot secure). The price of parking is a bit steep, but, probably average for San Francisco.
Staff was helpful.
Awful, dangerous neighbourhood. Rooms smell weird, and by opening windows it becomes only worse. Very loud construction places next to hotel, working 24 h a day. Breakfast was poor.
Very good king size bed. Spatious room with a good desk to work on and good facilities in the room.
The amount of human misery on the streets near the hotel is saddening. Homeless, beggars, drunk, drug addicts and mentally ill everywhere. There are other parts of town where this is much less of an issue. Even despite being on a top floor, the street noise (ambulances, police sirens) is quite present. The room was comfortable, but the hotel itself feels a bit outdated.
Convient to everywhere I was going !
The street work and smelly tar smell
That we got bite by bugs. There was a spider in the bathroom which I didn't like as well.
The staff was really helpful and accommodated an early check-in
A lot of Homeless nearby, but they are not dangerous
Large comfortable rooms Good bar, with friendly staff and good value happy hour Two minutes to Market Street tram stop and Bart station to airport Helpful reception staff
Noise from building site across the road, exacerbated by balcony door having a slight closure gap
It was close to the Orpheum, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff remembered to provide towels for three. Checkout was quick and easy.
Very limited restaurant menu. Waiter hovered and chattered while I was trying to compute tip. Loud drunk in the bar. Maze like lobby could use a little more signage.
I like everything, I wish my room had a refrigerator
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, close to public transportation, and restaurants. Front desk very friendly and restaurant staff was great. Quiet during most hours of the day or as expected.
Garbage pickup was early morning around 3-4 AM and loud. Construction across the street started early each day around 6am. Bad enough to hear trucks but they were also using handheld air horn to manage something. Every 15-20 minutes you'd here them blow it. Not once but a few times in a row.
It didn't have a microwave to re heat are children's food or vendi machines to buy them snacks other than the lobb restaurant
Location is OK Rooms well laid out Comfortable and Quiet room Nice and helpful Staff
Price seemed comparatively high Not much choice of food for Lactose Intolerant like me No courtesy coach from/to airport
Beds were comfortable. The staff was prompt, polite, and hospitable. Rooms were a nice size. The hotel had a great security. Good central location. Nice balcony views! Bar staff was friendly.
The day we checked in, there were stains on the bed. However, the staff was very apologetic and prompt to fix it. Two nights in a row the showers were luke warm.
Well the hotel was very good value for money.Had an issue with some stuff in the room but they were attended to quite promptly. The location was quite good. Quite accessible to many must see sights in SF.
Well the shower was not working properly.coffee could have better too.
Location is great
The hotel is old and my room window was facing to another building, was dark and I had to keep my window close all the time. There was a big construction across the stress, they started work at 6:30 am everyday.
location is not bad, near enterprise,
car-parking is expensive, USD 45
cannot get distilled water at late night after gym closed. if the hotel could provide bottled water at the front desk, it would be so great. carpark fare is a bit expensive as it charges around USD45 per night.
Fairly easy access from the airport. Easy travel up and down Market (tram of on foot). Nice walking distance to Hights Valley (large choice of nice places to eat).
The location of the hotel itself is rather poor, simply not a nice neighbourhood. Little choice for dining in the immediate vicinity. I found the hotel pricey for the location, but maybe SF is on the pricey side in general - you need to make your own judgement on that.
Hotel itself very pleasant Staff very helpful although when asked for milk to put in my tea I was brought "coat hangers" ???
The hotel was surrounded by dropouts, drunks and druggies. People going trough bins for food and begging it stank of urine and we daren't go out after dark. It was a makeshift tent area
The staff was very helpful.
There was no breakfast, although I had been led to expect it. The in room coffee provided was only one small cup per person.
