Great location of the hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Paying for parking, this will cause me not to return to your location. It's not so much the money but idea for a paying guest to have to pay to park especially when you have plenty of parking.

My husband, Nathan and I go to the city at least twice a year. We have stayed in some pretty bad places but have now found our home away from home! Everybody was very kind and it was so clean and comfortable! We will be back, no doubt! Thank you, Kristi Hicok

That we were allotted rooms in wharf building which is across the street and all facilities ,breakfast was in main building.this really inconvinienced us.no mention of such a thing in the website.also interiors were not fresh and looked no.of years old.

Way over priced. Breakfast for 2 cost me $60! Eggs Benedict was $20. Really? My room looked out at a parking lot and a wall. Would never stay there again.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Fisherman's Wharf was great. We had a clean, tidy room that was serviced daily. We were a block walk away from where our hop on hop off bus departed from. Location was great! Just 5min walk to Pier 39. A lot safer area to stay than where people from our tour were staying (Union Square area) as there were very few homeless people, crackheads etc. I felt a lot safer staying down here and walking around at night. Bear in mind you do have to still have to be mindful of your safety anywhere but Fisherman's Wharf is one of the safer areas in San Francisco to stay.

even though we advised there was 4 people staying in the room, house keeping only gave us 3 set of towels each time. A little frustrating in having to continually remind them and getting a set of towels.

The man at the desk was excellent, the concierge was very helpful

The breakfast was too expensive, I only eat light in the am and the cost was crazy so I got the buffet when I really did not want it and wasted money there the parking was expensive

Convenience to Restaurants and shopping... Friendly, helpful staff.

price did not include tax, this was a surprise as previous booking with booking.com it was all in. Also, they have overcharged me, but they had no record of it!!!!!!!!!!! They charged 780.00$ me on the 24th, day before I got there, and again when we were there(divided into 2 credit cards, that was very hard to get them to agree to!!). Credit card is going to help me get my money back. Thanks a lot booking.com!!!!!!!!

Holiday Inn is very close to the Pier and a short trolley to the centre of twon. The staff were frinedly although not all that helpful at times.

Staff not overly helpful. The restaurant was a Dennys.

very noisy air conditioner and old fittings, a bit suprised as we were told it was the new building.

Bed was really comfortable. Location was perfect for Fisherman's Wharf district and picking up the trams and buses. Lots of places to eat in the area and shops to look at. About 15 mins stroll to Pier 39.

Didn't like the fact that it didn't have a fridge - always so useful, even if it's only to keep water or a beer in! We had an internal view which wasn't all that but I guess all rooms can't have a good view and, after all, you don't spend that much time in your room when there are so many places to explore!
