the room smelled really bad. No elevator to the upstairs and had to carry luggage up steps or tried and someone came to help

The pool area was lovely. We had dinner at the restaurant and also breakfast the next morning. Both were very good and price point was great. The servers were great.

Both the evening and morning hostess (2 different women) could use a coaching class on how to extend a welcome and smiling would be nice.

Everything was great no problems.

The restaurant at the hotel was crappy and over priced. Food was ok I have better from a dive bar. Service is awful and needs improvement. Had to get my own water and steak sauce for my wife's steak. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The servers disappeared and was no were to be found. the Manager was useless and unprofessional.

Shuttle service was very handy.

Way too expensive for what it was. $180 for 2 nights. With acomodations the same value as Motel 6! Not worth the money.

Beds were very comfortable.

Way over priced. A glass was outside the room across the hall for 1 week. We asked for a luggage cart and was told yes, but when we got to our bldg, there was none. Vent in bathrm did not work. On last day both of my room cards were disarmed! When I called front desk, I was told that I must have demagnetized them! We only used 1 card, the other was on top on tv cabinet! Really a big disappointment! I would never stay again or recommend! Sorry I chose your hotel to begin with.

Proximity to San Jose airport and shuttle to get there. Leaving my car was a HUGE plus.

Restaurant food was limited.

They gave me the worst room in the hotel. Room 3131. Near a slamming (all night) outside door. TV was small, old and high on the wall to the side of the bed. Bath soap was opened and there was a wadded up towel in the bathroom. I'm not sure if it had been used or not so I used the clean and folded towels. I stayed at four hotels this trip. This was the most expensive and by far the worst. Never again at this hotel.

very friendly staff, super clean and great value for my money. I had a problem they imidiatly send some one to fix it, when the problem was not fix they change my room w/ no question and no complains, great place to stay.

I particularly liked the restaurant, the staff and the menu. On Friday, Feb 22 my nephew, his wife and two month old baby joined my partner and I for dinner. We stayed long after closing hours and the staff were pleasant, accommodating and didn't rush us. It was great.

It was a little difficult to find our room - we were in building 7. We had to call the front desk for further instructions as our room was on the second floor. Again, the staff were obliging and showed consideration for our inability to negotiate the location of our room.

To begin, I was there to visit a dying relative in San Jose and my time was taken up with family, trips to the hospital and sleep. So I was not able to bring these complaints to management during the short time I was there. The first thing I I noticed when I checked in was the strange position of the tv. (In the wall, to the extreme right of the beds). Also, there was a glob of toothpaste on the sink counter and mildew stains on my sheets. We left early that morning for the hospital and when we returned the room had been made up, but I noticed the mildew stains were still on my sheets....soooo, sheets weren't changed. Of course I had to wonder....we're they changed before I arrived?? Considering that the glob of toothpaste was still on the sink counter, was anything washed, changed before I arrived? In the bathroom, the glob of toothpaste was still there. And, there was one towel in the bathroom. One. They came, made the beds (with dirty sheets) took away the dirty towel (there were only 2 bath towels to begin with) and did not replenish towels. When I say there was one towel, I mean one towel. No facecloths, no hand towels, just one bath towel. With no towel for my hair I go to use the hair drier....it does not work. I went to get ice....ice machine does not work. That evening I looked out the patio doors and noticed a bucket of trash and drywall. Fine. But then I also noticed the patio doors were not locked. I spent the night on the ground floor of a hotel in the city with unlocked doors. It didn't occur to me to check for locked doors.....Also, the tub did not drain. Gross taking a shower and standing in 5 inches of water. Lastly, the shower leaked into the hall outside of the bathroom. Not a little leak either. It was a large puddle of water and remember we only had one towel. I was in room 4114 Feb 20 thru feb 22.

The front desk was so helpful and kept my winter boots and coat until I returned from Hawai'i to Colorado. The shuttle services people were kind to cranky travelers and it was sooo close to airport. Maybe 10 mins

No room service but it was late. They recommended a pizza place that delivered. Nice.

Everything,hotel was very clean and staff wherevery helpful, will stay again whrn we visit San Jose again.
