Everything was fine, with the hotel and staff. All basics were met and they were even accommodating from Booking.Com's mistake.

I did not like when I used Book.Com and booked a king size bed, and they put us down as two full sized. I even showed my reservation stating what I booked. The hotel said booking.com made the error.

Clean, no distracting decorations or pictures. easy access on either floor

The poolside bar tender was very nice. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit as well.

No hot tub and the pool was NOT heated.

Room was very clean, bathroom spotless, willing to change my room when requested, close to airport

Original check- in employee did not ask if room was correct ( it wasn't), had to change to new room as requested on my reservation... NO elevator!!! If you have big luggage, don't stay upper level!

Very regular hotel.

The price was high for this hotel, but I think because the area. It's impossible to open windows in the room.

- The Swimmingpool area was confortable - Beds were also very confortable - free wifi everywhere with good signal

- Without a car the hotel is far away from the beach and the city center (7 miles about). - The hotel is expensive for what you get. - The service at the breakfast was really good. I have to ask the waiter twice to bring orange juice. - The room did have neither a fridge nor a microwave. I do not expect this normally but fur such a high-price they could even change the old TVs. - I would come back only if I don't find something cheaper or with the same price but closer to the beach and city center.

I was very disappointed. The bed was too small, the ac was defective. Room service knocked way too early for housekeeping. Not a good experience for the money.

Too expensive for a simple hotel room

The staff was "stiff" and inhospitable. The carpet in the room was filthy and the layout of the bathroom provided little or no privacy. The room rate for this "b" class motel was outrageous. Unfortunately for us, there was very little to choose from in the area on a Saturday night.

This is only a 2.5star hotel. Or $75/night at best. I was misled and over charged.

I was extremely displeased in regards to my stay. For the price, I feel I received poor-quality service in regards to the room. The internet was not working properly, the tv had poor reception, the faucet dripped all night, and for $150 that I paid, I would expect better treatment and professionalism from the staff. When I checked out in the morning, the clerk did not give me a receipt and when I asked for one she stated that she didn't know how to print one out for me since I booked my room online. I have never had such a disappointing experience from a Holiday Inn.

Nice neighborhood with a lot of services in walking distance, clean and well maintained premises. The wifi worked well.

There weren't a fridge or a microwave oven in rooms. The price was pretty high which seems to be a general problem to the Santa Barbara area.

Service and friendly cleaning staff was much appreciated.

Nice Rooms, decently quiet, walking distance to some restaurants

Older facility that has been remodeled to look newer, train tracks close but only heard during the day, slippery walkways when damp or wet from A/C units, No Breakfast unless you pay or have AAA card, Coffee was like Water in Lobby better off going to Denny's or Coff Bean and Tea Leaf down the street.

We were very surprised that for the price we paid there wasn't a small fridge, microwave or decent coffee pot in room. Also, there wasn't even a paper at the door Sunday morning. Unit was clean but for nearly $200. a night definitely not worth the money. I will stay at an actual resort next time for very little more.

The small pillows were great, when we first saw them it was what is this? We had a wonderful nights sleep and the pillows were A-1.

The personal extras such as shower cap, body lotions (very small) were missed.

Hotel initially did not honor confirmed reservation. Heater in room did not work and never got fixed. Breakfast ordered in room never arrived.
