A short walk to town Stewart's store next door for minor purchases and conveniences Parking was not a problem as previously reported

Being on 2nd floor it was faster to use the stairs than the elevator Busy, noisy weekend crowd All waters in soda dispensing machines were empty Everything was adequate but a little snug

Location

Stayed there many years ago with our kids. The place has definitely gone downhill. Shabby; restaurant not good. Bar and bartender were great and people were friendly. Room small Bed way too small even though I asked for extra large double bed since no Kings were available. Someone walking around our roof outside our windown was unsettling.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Not being familiar with the area, they went out of their way to give us ideas for dining in the area, etc. Also...our room was clean with very comfy bed.

Our room did have a "stale smoke" odor to it when we first arrived. The smell dissipated easily once we cracked the window for a few minutes.

Staff was top-notch in every aspect.

The corridors on the floor we stayed on needs a little face-lift.

Cleanliness of hotel and room. Staff was efficient and friendly. Loved that you could control the temperature in the room and the actual control panel was so easy to use. Loved the television and all the stations plus on demand!! Lastly, the fire pit in the outdoor bar was the best!

Something made me itchy. Not certain if it was the soap, the sheets or the dry air. Nothing too major, just itchy. Also, in this day and age, I think a Keurig coffee machine would send a better message than the old Mr. Coffee style machine.

Breakfast should be included in any stay such a inexpensive luxury for the guest

The walls are a bit thin.

It was close to shopping. The building was very nice. Staff was very nice. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Therefore, we did not take advantage of the pool, exercise room, etc.

I don't believe it was worth the price for our stay.

Shuttle service and very friendly and efficient staff

The hotel room was small and the bathroom was really outdated. It was a very expensive room for what we got.

Great hotel for travbellers with dogs - near a beautiful park.

Not enough parking - we had to park on the street several times. The hptel cannot distinguish guess from other users of their parking lot.

Nous avons tellement mal dormi, les murs sont fait de cartons. nous avons dû appeler 2 fois la sécurité parce que la chambre a côté de nous faisait tellement de bruit. le lendemain matin, des enfants courraient dans le corridor et il était très tôt. lorsque tout s'est finalement calmé le matin, nous nous sommes rendormis et nous avons été réveillé par la chambre de ménage!

Room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean. It was downtown and walking to restaurants & shopping was great.

Possibly due to the holiday weekend, late-night people were really loud in the hallway and were even knocking and running on doors at 2am. Breakfast was just ok - we didn't have any other meals there.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. It is very clean and the staff were very hospitable. My daughter was competing in the horse show and it was very convenient to the show ground

The vent was over one of the beds and was blowing cold and hot air. It didn't seem like the temperature in the room was regulated properly. We did not like the pillows, they were small and flat.

Perfect location for stores, restaurants, churches. Room was comfortable - I especially liked the puffy mattress pad and the thick towels.

The location to downtown so walking isn't a problem. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests in a timely manner. The hotel was providing a shuttle to an event in a different hotel that we were attending.

The heating system is the type that cycles and blows hot air. I find those noisy and disrupts sleep...perhaps if the bed wasn't positioned right next to it, it wouldn't be as disruptive.

The Saratoga Inn was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great for shopping and dining. Also only 2 miles from the Casino with free shuttle service.

I wasn't very happy about the Free breakfast included in our stay. Although it was nice, you did still have to pay at least what wasn't included in your $20.00 coupon. You also have to tip everyone, which I guess is expected. The shuttle (free service) is suppose to be from 7am- 11pm. But the not so friendly driver told us he gets off at 10pm and he will not pick us back up. Very rude with his words.

The full size bed isn't really argue enough or two people nd the mattress and pillows were not frm enough. Los, when we tried, there wasn't any parking because they were having an event.
