Close to airport
Shuttle not that frequent Rooms tiny Not much like a Crowne Plaza
All the staff were friendly and helpful but Quinn went above and beyond to accommodate us. Close to the public transportation was a bonus to get to the Cowboy vs. Seahawks game!
Good location is near Tacoma airport and near the train station to go Seattle downtwon, very convenient. Confortable & clean room, free shuttle to Tacoma airport, I am satisfied with this hotel.
Very newly redone with comfortable and attractive furnishings.
I was a bit offput by needing to pay for coffee from a machine in the lobby, but I guess hotels are going the way of airlines and charging for things I was once used to taking for granted. At least the coffee dispensed was good.
great customer service, great fitness room/
only thing that didnt make sense is that you had to pay for parking even though your a paying customer $19 a day
Entry into hotel was a little conplicated for my taxi driver. I wound up having to walk from the security gate.
The proximity to the Light Rail at SEATAC was great!
As we wished to fly out from Seatac, early one morning, we stayed over night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was close to the airport, had moderate to good facilities and a shuttle service to take us to our airline check in. We found it to be a good decision on those criteria
Perhaps in need of a little refurbesment, otherwise it was fine.
Easy accessibility to airport and the hotel is closest to the metro link, offers quick link to seattle downtown. The staff was very courteous. Kept my extra luggage for four days while I travelled to vegas, even before I had checked into the hotel. Hotel is very neat and clean and reasonably priced.
They must add some value to their buffet breakfast. For a guest like me who stays for 5 to 6 days or even longer, the breakfast gives limited options. Needs to be seriously looked into. Scrambled eggs every day and most of the time overcooked and dry, is not really something expected from such a fine property and nice staff.
The room was about tha size of a large closet. Don't take room 202. The meal was fairly good and service was fair considering the place was empty. Doubt we'd stay there again. We booked it because there was a refrigerator for our eye drops. It was not turned on and we got it running but could not tell how cold it would get as there were no numbers on the dial.
The outside machine of the tempture controller is nearby my room. I can't go to sleep all night! It's terrible!
Beautiful, clean hotel very close to the airport. It is within walking distance. We stayed here because we wanted room service.
Room service food was terrible and very expensive. 1 hamburger and 1 childs grilled cheese was $50. But worse than that it was like a rubber hamburger and cold, soggy grilled cheese wasn't cooked well. I don't know how you can mess up a grilled cheese but they did.
The location is great. It's close to the airport and most importantly it's very close to the light rail to downtown Seattle. Facilities are great, meet the expectation for the price.
Our room on the second floor is facing the concrete which is a bit disappointing as we asked for a view of Mt. Reinier when we booked. Anyway, it was cloudy during our 3-day stay so it didn't really matter.
Convenient location after arriving late at the airport . Shuttle service was quick and efficient. Check in was quick and room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Wish room service was offered later at night.
Comfortable beds, clean room and hotel furnishings. Great and helpful staff. Location next to SeaTac terminal and Seattle Light Rail Station a huge plus. Shuttle service 24/7 to airport a very welcomed service too.
Charge for parking at hotel was a bit on the cheap for a fine hotel.
It's very convenient to get from airport to the hotel via the courtesy shuttle and also next to the light train station to go downtown Seattle.
Proximity to light rail
The bed was awesome and the hospitality was as well.
We originally booked the hotel with the intention of staying one night and ended up staying the whole weekend. When our plans unexpectedly changed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were absolutely fantastic given that the hotel was very full for a variety of events. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Seattle.
Great location, with a free shuttle to and from the airport this CrownPlaza was worth the price. We stayed prior to and after our cruise. On the return trip there was some air conditioning problems, but we were compensated at check out. The restaurant is very nice and the service was very good.
good location easy walk to /from airport. We used the shuttle to get back to the airport.
needs a pool/jacuzzi would have been nice after a long day.
Clean, modern, close to airport and can get shuttle to cruises from this hotel.
The bed and shower
Power sockets at the desk all alread occupied amd in any case, you would have to crawl under the desk to find them. When you got there, you would find the desk leg blocking access. Very frustrating. No power socket for the coffee machine, and luckily I brought my own extension chord. The portable phone didnt work. It wouldn't hold a charge. The restaurant forgot to delvier the main meal, and whoever made a simple greek salad had obviously never had a greek salad. It was covered with some awful salad dressing and hot peppers. Pathetic for the name of the Hotel. I will never come back.
