We had a 12 hour layover in Seattle and we found the hotel very convenient for our needs. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was very nice but a bit on the small size.
Great Hotel Room I enjoyed my time at the Crown Plaza Seattle Airport. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport (yes an easy walk!) and the light rail system that links the airport with downtown Seattle. A day pass on the light rail was only US$5.50. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. No hesitations in staying again.
Great place to say got a great rate from Bookings.com would stay there again .
That parking is cheaper at other place like right next door parking should be free but I get it with airport right close but it should be cheaper if you stay there
really close to the airport and also subway station. Big, clean room. Good shuttle service.
Restaurant closed early and no free coffee on the loby.
Almost everything ( 99.9% ) is excellent of this hotel. Especially the service they provided (except spent 1hr to find out how to log into the free wifi password), the most impressive is one staff waived the parking fee when I stuck by the exit when paying parking fee to leave. But something happened after two hours when I arrived my destination....
I deposited 15 luggage but forgot brought 2 out in a hurry which spent me one week more to arrange shipping to me which is only two hours drive away but cost me the shipping fee twice more than the hotel expenses for one night. Their lost & found manager line are pretty busy all the evening time and the financial manager told me the deposit of luggage is free ( of course I appreciate that free, but it doesn't mean free is out of obligation for accuracy). However in the future if I won't forgot anything as this time, I will still choose this hotel to stay when need to be close to the airport, by just walk across the bridge there are Hilton, this hotel and another might be less expensive, lots there I found this time.
The staff was very helpful
The parking sucked big time
Very close to the airport Nice room
The staff was not helpful. I was carrying a big suitcase and no one tried to help me. At dinner time, I had to wait for my order for a long time.
We stayed here for convenience to an early flight. On site restaurant was a plus so we could have dinner. Staff and airport shuttle was efficient and professional.
The lobby smelled of perfume (obviously a deodorizer they were using) upon entering…. very difficult for me since I cannot handle scents. And the bedroom was extremely small - basic European style.
The heating unit was noisy and ti would come on and blow heat then turn off and pretty soon blow cool air for a while. Then it would come back ion and blow hot air. This , after the maintenance man came twice to handle my complaint. He explained that this is the way these units work. Being an Engineer, this is strictly wrong. Try relocating the thermocouple away from the unit. Also , try insulating the enclosure to quiet down the unit so people can sleep. I would not recommend your hotel to anyone until this is fixed. Also, we had a 4;45 wakeup call scheduled from the front desk and never received one. Luckily the alarm clock did work but the maintenance man came twice to get it properly set. All in all it was just not a Crown Plaza experience based on my extensive stays at Holiday Inns.
Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Room was fabulous.
The shuttle was good to and from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable.
No guest parking, they didn't honor the complimentary breakfast. The hallway on second floor was trashy when we got there. I took a picture because I really couldn't believe that a hotel this nice would be so disappointing.
Absolutely everything from checkin to checkout. All staff were amazing as it should be.
Kinda small as far as boxy rooms I like ecleticn layouts
Marvalous , from the atmophere to the room decor!! Loooove the lounge area! Upscale and hip!
Loved it all
Close to the airport which we needed. Complimentary shuttle service is excellent. Friendly front desk service.
Heat was LOUD - it was like having a jet engine in your room. But when we turned it off the room was freezing. Not a good sleep but we just needed a place to stay for an overnight layover. For one night it was acceptable but would never have an extended stay there.
THE ROOMS AND THE BATHROOMS WERE A LITTLE SMALL.
Clean, friendly, modern. Wish our stay had been longer.
Didn't have soft pillows on bed.
Very near the airport and public transport; nonetheless, very quiet. The restaurant is very well worth a visit, even if you're not staying the night.
Close to the airport and light train..good breakfast.. good shuttle service
The staff was excellent. Very professional and personable upon check in and check out.
Very modern. We enjoyed the luxury and comfort for a great price through Booking.com. The light rail was a short block away which takes you into Seattle and we even walked to the airport terminal
The personnel were not very helpful with regards to their knowle of their business center which was supposed to be extraordinary
How close it was to the airport.my flight was 10 hours and 15 miutes long.you sit down for that long and your ready to stretch your legs at the end of it.yes.just the right distance to get things moving again.l did'nt time it, but it would be 15 minutes or so .look on the web.
The false fire alarm that got me up at 5:30 AM
Close to airport
Shuttle not that frequent Rooms tiny Not much like a Crowne Plaza
All the staff were friendly and helpful but Quinn went above and beyond to accommodate us. Close to the public transportation was a bonus to get to the Cowboy vs. Seahawks game!
