A hot breakfast buffet is provided each morning at this Seattle hotel. Rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV. Starbucks Headquarters is a 5-minute drive away.

Close to the freeway, but not near enough to hear. Fantastic funky neighbourhood, restaurants, and sights. Quick trip to downtown and Pike Place. Staff were fantastic! Lacked a pool and complimentary brekkie, but that got us to Einstein Bros bagels, so that was alright.
Lack of pool, lack of complimentary breakfast.
Handicapped access room was well designed and comfortable. Convenient parking but don't forget your room key.
Crazy high tech toilet blows air at your rear end every time it flushes!
1. Very nice pricing vs hotel value - comfortable and clean room 2. Convinent to Downtown, 5 more mintues to Ave 5/Av7. 3. 5 more minutes to Car rental company - Budget/AVIS
No at all
The hotel has an ideal location for walking to attractions. You're within a mile of Pike's Place & the museum.
I wish the hotel served breakfast or a free shuttle service to airport. The bathtub was old and had been patched several times.
We were given a large king room, it was very quiet and extremely comfortable
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was within a 10-minute walking distance from the Space Needle (a city tour starts from there, as well) and around 20-minute walking distance from the business heart of the city (Washington State Convention Center, museums, concert halls, and shops). Also, with ~10 minutes of walking you can get to a department store, a few bars, restaurants, and fast food places.
The Internet connection was slow and got lots of hiccups (I tried both wired and wireless internet) during my stay.
The beds were very comfortable
Just a little over-priced
Expensive car parking
Too far from the centre of Seattle to be described as 'downtown'. Noise from room above wasn't dealt with promply enough.
The hotel booking says its a queen size bed, but it is no where near that size. Its a slightly larger than a double, so corporate calls it a queen. No padded top or pillow top on the bed, when that seems like that is the norm these days. Pay the extra and go to the Sheraton.
location is convenient towards center. lost of free overnight parking around
Wifi is spotty and needs login continuously.
Location, staff, and cleanliness.
Noisy rooms - floors above were noisy when others walked. Staff moved me to a higher floor but second night was noisy again. Recommend staying on top floor.
The location is excellent. $10 cab to Waterfront if tired of walking. Front desk ordered will call a cab and the cab company arrives in luxury cars for same price as yellow cabs. Beds are excellent like top end hotels. I will always stay at this hotel!!
I liked everything!
Kitchenettes in room, clean, quick check-in / out,
Wifi was weak, no restaurant in facility or no discount to use restaurant next door, beds were a bit hard
- proximity to Seattle sights - breakfast options
- construction noise from across street
Wish there was a pool .
I liked that it was availabe and reasonably close to amenities and transit
I thought it was too expensive. To pay over $400 for a Monday night seemed extreme. I understand the price increase to take advantage of the blue jays in town, but I would have had people like myself that paid such a premium leaving with a $50 coupon for another night in the future. Anyway. I don't mind treating my son and I once in a while but I thought it was a little much. Thanks for having us.
Stay was comfortable staff was courteous and caring
We only got 20 dollar voucher for breakfast for 4 persons. Breakfast included in the booking is misleading
I loved the large fridge and microwave. There was even a set of paper plates with plastic utensils to reheat our delicious leftovers from a local restaurant.
The "breakfast included" special was really $20 added to the cost of your room, then you had to use the $20 "credit" at the attached restaurant. It really wasn't "complimentary".
Close to places we wanted to visit in Seattle
Street construction made it difficult for walking Would have been nice to have coffee in lobby versus restaurant Cost, prices high for all hotels in Seattle area. I stay in a Westin in Alexandria for $100/night less, the room and amenities were significantly better Not in best of area after night
Walking distance to the Space Needle. Staff were very helpful. Underground car park was useful although it was an additional $ 15 charge.
Although the hotel and room had everything we needed it was very tired looking and our view from the window was of a wall. Seemed expensive for the standard of accommodation without breakfast included especially when the $ 40 accommodation tax was added and the car park charge.
Want to thank Ray at the Front Desk for giving us excellent service.
comfortable bedding, safe
overpriced, no pool
