Centrally located in downtown Seattle, this convenient hotel is within walking distance of many of the city's attractions such as the Space Needle and Pike Place Market.

Wish there was a pool .
Walking distance to the Space Needle. Staff were very helpful. Underground car park was useful although it was an additional $ 15 charge.
Although the hotel and room had everything we needed it was very tired looking and our view from the window was of a wall. Seemed expensive for the standard of accommodation without breakfast included especially when the $ 40 accommodation tax was added and the car park charge.
Want to thank Ray at the Front Desk for giving us excellent service.
comfortable bedding, safe
overpriced, no pool
Hotel is on the north side of town, so you are not right in the middle of all downtown has to offer. However the Space Needle is a short ten minute walk and it was easy to take the monorail one mile ride downtown for $2.50.
I did not have choice as all hotels in downtown Seattle were sold out. That said, 400$ a night was very steep for this hotel. The fan in the bathroom was on constantly and sounded like an airplane.
*Staff very helpful - especially having to call up for towels every day. Also great for directions etc. *parking pretty reasonable and safe *great location to belltown, pot top donoughts, taco del mar! seattle center! we tried to walk everywhere. *drove to waterfront - 15 -20 min *20 min or so to the Ballard Locks and Golden Garden beach park - parking took another 20 min *emerald Grill "next door" is good and fast. Kids menu not bad, but my 4 and 6 yo boys were still hungry after the meal. We used the kids eat free once, then rest of the time we did carry out. *kids suite was great and having the separated bunk bed room was terrific.
*Rooms not cleaned well - not vacuumed, for a 4 person room left us 1 wash cloth, took towels that were hanging up but did not replenish it. *no super close coffee shop. The in room coffee is the usual coffee. We were in Seattle! We wanted fabulous coffee. Ended up either at Einstein bagels or Top Pot for coffee. This was a bummer. *dvd player in room did not work and was never fixed after the initial attempt.
The staff at the reception desk were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Evan was gracious enough to keep our bags for few hours after we checked out, since we had an evening flight.
Remote control batteries from kids room weren't working. Our room wasn't cleaned the second day (Saturday). They offered to come when I called to ask for towels but we were already back from sightseeing.
The hotel location was not too bad, if you don't mind walking about 10 minutes - one way to the Space Needle and the other to Union Lake. Restaurant next door was good for breakfast. Kitchenette in the room was handy - sink, microwave, fridge
The overall feel of the hotel was a bit outdated - slow, old lifts, small bathrooms. The laundries on each floor had something out of order - one no powder, one no machine and there is only one washer and dryer per floor.
Strategic position - close to downtown, South Lake and Space Needle
Is not too cheaper!
Walking distance to Space Needle, EMP Museum, etc is okay. It's clean and comfortable.
The TV in my room sometimes working and sometimes poor quality.
O preço e a limpeza, mas a cidade toda é cara
Most affordable, parking on site.
Dated Decor , minimal staff. Location description
The location was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room smelled a little stale at first but wasn't bad and my son didn't even notice. All and all we were very happy!
Great location in downtown Seattle for accessing Seattle Center and downtown businesses.
Over-priced for the quality of the room. It was a tight squeeze for my family of four to move around the room. Staff friendliness was hit-or-miss.
No continental breakfast
Ok, clean etc
Internet slow or intermittent Phone didn't work for my stay Everything quote old Not worth the room rat
No complimentary coffee
The location is absolutely perfect close to the Space Needle and with about a 20 minute walk to Pike.
Be aware that the rooms facing the street are noisy. We managed to switch to the back after the first night with the help of a very effective front desk assistant.
excellent, clean and kindly person.
Room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
The front desk person who checked me in was great. Other staff were so-so.
I found bed bugs and immediately checked out.
We liked the king size bed and my children really liked sleeping on the bunk beds with their very own TV. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great Job!
Too much construction in that area. Realizing that the hotel has no control over the construction, we were up every morning at 6am due to construction across the street. Very loud and does not set well when your trying to vacation. Construction also made it difficult to get around the city. A very long walk to waterfront, but close to space needle and science center, but again, you have to walk around construction.
The location is very convenient. Just parked the car and walked to city sites and ball park. The underground parking and price was what we were looking for. The room was large, cool and very quiet. The available shuttle van to the ball park was also helpful.
convenience/location was excellent staff was very helpful for directions and transportation loved having a suite for kids to have separate area, and kitchenette area, have recommended to other families we know who will be travelling this way as great deal! thank you!
the sheets on the bunk beds were very worn and thinned out (Buzz was very faded away :)) would probably recommend buying new ones, chair in main room was all ripped and foam falling out vinyl... should be replaced
