$18 to park on their lot while staying at the hotel alongside the non- staying public. The room was missing the refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is very short on the number of luggage carts. This was our third stay there and our least impressive one.

The loud groups of young people who held parties in the corridors

The bathroom was surprisingly very nice and clean.

Seeing a prostitute walking out while my kids and I were in the car waiting for my husband to check us in. Also when I called the front desk merely 30 min after arriving, there was no answer. I let it ring 10 times.

Location to downtown was excellant.

I couldn't believe when I walked into this nice room with this perfect King size bed and they had pillows on it that were the size of my couch cushions, how very disappointing and terribly uncomfortable to try and sleep on. So sad especially after the price of the room and everything else so nice. Sad - sad!!!!!! Last but not least was the cost of parking, come on I know space is at a premium in downtown Atlanta but $18 to park. I found a cheaper place to stay and the room was just as nice and had full king size pillows and parking was $5 next door. Not to mention it was only 4-5 blocks from your Hotel.

It was convenient to Turner Stadium. I was there for the Hot Chocolate 15k race.

The walls between the suites were too thin. I could hear the other person's television and I could hear the alarm on his/her cell phone when it went off each morning.

I liked the bar and shuttle service Yall had for us.

I didn't like the price for parking or the latest check out being at 12.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, and I was traveling with a work employee. The fact that we had rooms next door wo each other with the adjoining door was great for getting work completed in the morning.

Housekeeping knocked on my door a few times before 9:30 a.m. to see if I was leaving. When I was leaving, she tried to enter the room at the same time I was walking out. I felt like I was getting kicked out of my room.

We went to an Atlanta Braves game and it was so convenient - just down the street. The room was big and very nice. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was a real treat, unlike a lot of other motels.

Probably the price. We realize it was a big night for the city's baseball team. We would like to come and stay for a couple of nights and maybe see some of Atlanta's sights. Also, free parking would have been nice.

Food was good.close to braves field.

Bed was unmade.Not comfortable at all.No towels the second day.Had to ask for them and no soap.Floor was soaked in the bathroom. wont stay again.

I was Very Very Very disappointed in the $18.00 charge for parking. Where else was your customers supposed to park?! The whole point of staying at your place was the closeness of Turner Field. I will not stay there again as I can find much nicer/newer facilities that do not charge their customers for parking!!! It's not the money, its just the principle of it.

The staff was friendly and courteous.

We stayed there to go to a Braves game and there was not an opportunity for early check-in so everyone was trying to check-in after the game all at the same time and the wait time was horrible. The staff was friendly but they were definitely understaffed for the situation.

I was told on my confirmation the room will have a microwave and fridge and it did not. Plus the cable was un- available...

Our room was supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator, but did not. Also, our room was not cleaned on Saturday, even though we called the front desk a few times. They kept telling us they would send someone. We did finally get some clean towels and toilet paper around 10:30 that night past the time we had wanted to go to bed. (We had run out of toilet paper that afternoon.) I doubt we will stay there again when in Atlanta.

No receipt for staying at hotel was available. Told booked through booking.com and they should give me a receipt which they have not. I was told they did not know how much I had paid only booking.com knew. On the booking site it said clearly that booking.com does not take any money the hotel does. The price given at reservation varied quite a lot with that taken by Holiday Inn just 2 days later from my credit card. No explanations or invoices given! I was not given the opportunity to pay in dollars which is what I wanted to do.

The location was great less than a mile to the city and to the staduim, which was the only reason I booked this perticular hotel.

The service was hit and miss. At one point I had a front desk manager trying to stay on the phone while attempting to help me. The pillows are horrible.... Plain and simple. My fellow bookers and I all had horribe neck aces the next day. The elevators are extreamly small and very slow, we ended up taking the stairs multiple times from the 5th floor. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying here again.
