Good location. Great shuttle service.
Property is dated.
location.... very close to the race I was attending
it was a trick 2 getting the hot water on in the shower
Paying for parking. That should be complimentary with the hotel stay.
Location was great!!!! It was easy to access the interstate and I felt safe in the area. Walking to Turner Field was awesome!!!!
I needed a roll away bed for my youngest son. The website stated a roll away bed was available. When I asked for one at check in, the person stated we could not have one due to "fire code". If I had known I would have brought a blow up mattress. Also, they added a $25 nonrefundable incidental fee that they did not tell me about. I found out from a friend staying at the hotel! Not professional at all!!!
Needed fan on for "white noise" but fan only, could not heat room in that mode.
It was convenient to where I was going
The carpet in the room had holes in it. Rough towels No fridge or microwaves in room. Coffee make inside of the bathroom Unsanitary
Location was the main reason I chose the Ramada and the name speaks for itself.Convenience was my main intent during my weekend in Atlanta.
The room was not clean, had to pay for parking my car in their car garage, had to pay to eat a small breakfast, wifi was so slow it was not even worth it to even use. No microwave, refrigerator in rooms. Bathroom not clean, hair everwhere! Will never stay in a Ramada again!
There was a shuttle to where I wanted to go also, numerous taxi cabs available.
Went to dinner at the restaurant, was seated, but no one came by for 15 minutes and there were only 3 other tables occupied.
Room was very clean, view was beautiful I could see the Atlanta lights..I love the complimentary shuttle. The lounge was nice.
The front desk persons were not helpful. They weren't informative. I lodged on the 5th floor the smell of marijuana was overwhelming..
Overall good experience, restaurant served good food, clean and up-to-date flat screen tv, friendly staff
Paying $18 a day for parking
It was a very clean hotel and the bed was comfortable. I had a pretty view of the city lights at night.
They have window units. Also, there is only one restaurant, it's only opened at certain times and the staff inside of the restaurant would disappear for long periods of time. There is no room service and there aren't shops or restaurants within walking distance
Very good hotel in most respects.
Charge of $18/day to park your car offsets any deal on the room. Virtually nothing within walking distance.
Excelent service, specially from the shuttle drivers
They should buy new shuttles
I loved the location, so close to downtown but sort of off to the side. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle service was a huge bonus that I used multiple times over the weekend. The complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome, too. All in all, the value for the money made this the place I'll be staying for all future conferences.
rooms and beds were good quality
quality of food was not good. not much by way of healthy or interesting options
Good price for the location
There was no refridgerator or microwave in our room. & you had to pay to park at the hotel.
Hotel room was nice. A little overpriced but was very clean.
I didn't like the price. Also me and my girlfriend trying to get back to our hotel room after the concert we attended was very difficult because of the r
Good option for the hotel, is that they have free shuttle bus from the hotel to the downtown. Real 3* hotel.
Air conditioning in the room was not working properly.
Wish we could have stayed longer.
The food at the restaurant was bad. Workers do a lot of noise in the alleys when cleaning. Cleaning staff should do there jobs more silent.
the WIFi connection is very good.
TV menu too expensive for the service. I didnt use it because of that. but it would have been good to see an american movie while I m learning the language.
Convenient to Turner Field
Way over priced for just a basic room and no special amenities
We went to Atlanta to see the Braves, and were pleased at how close we were.
The floor we were on seemed quite dated and needed work.
The beds were very comfy, air conditioning worked great.
We didnt have hot water at night. After coming from the ball park, really needed to take a shower, but had no hot water. We stayed 2nights and didn't have hot water either night we did have it by the morning. That's my only real complaint
Very noisy, you not only hear your neighbours, but you can also feel all their movements. Obviously the hotel has no policy on tranquility.
