Easy to find from the Tollway exit. Very well kept building. Interior is lovely and has lots of space/seating for hanging out in the lobby. Restaurant isn't open very late, but the Bar has plenty of room for a sit down meal and the food is good. Breakfast in the Artisan Restaurant the next morning was very good also. Room was spacious and very comfortable.
The only negative would be the complimentary sundries in the bathroom...UGH! Who wants to smell like that all day..some kind of wood scent? That is the only thing I can say was unpleasant. We really enjoyed our stay at Chicago Marriott - Naperville.
I stay in the regular King size room. It was one of the largest rooms I had ever stayed it (excluding suites). Very comfortable bed, and amenities were really good.
The swimming pool was of adequate size. However the floor around the pool was slippery. I almost fell twice after getting out of the pool!
Everything. Lobby bar is nice to have for a nightcap. Nice rooms and very clean. Staff was excellent.
I wanted to go out to eat and the concierge took us on the shuttle bus. I was not familiar with the area and the front desk staff member offered and excellent place to dine that was affordable.
The atmosphere at the Chicago Marriott Naperville is welcoming and inviting because your staff is so friendly and helpful and the hotel shines beautifully as it is so clean!
Everything was great, just the way it should be and with the temp at 40oC outside, the Air Conditioning was superb.
Still a little to expensive (although... worth it)
Room was nice.
Eco friendly, no entry card no hallway light or bathroom. There was no night light. No heat light when you got out of the shower. Bath was cold. I could of went up the road to your other hotel saved and they would of gave discount for miltary and others. Because I booked on booking.com they didn't discount and had the wrong spelling of my name
Fitness center. Pool. Quiet floor. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was awesome.
The hotel itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having a Starbucks in the lobby.
This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. You could here what sounded like water turning on and of all night. There was no sound barrier in the doors, and apparently there was a party at the hotel. People were yelling up and down the halls until 2 am. You could even hear the clip clop of women's heels as they walked. Also, the fire alarm light kept flashing. Needless to say, we got no sleep, which was unfortunate because the point of being there was for my daughter to be well rested for a volleyball tournament the next day. We should have just drove in the morning of the tournament.
Treated my sisters to a night on the town for their April Birthdays, they had a fantastic time as did I.
Easy to find, staff was really nice and welcoming. VERY clean!
We booked "breakfast" when we booked through booking.com and it was not registered at the hotel. The hotel staff took care of it, but put us in an awkward position.
The staff was nice and helpful.
The size of the room. How noisy it was on my floor. Infrequency of the shuttle. Limited parking close to the entrance.
Location, bed comfort, cleanliness.
I thought the pool was nice
The beds / pillows were hard walls were thin
The corner king room was huge, the decorum was fabulous,
There is nothing I didn't like except I wish we could've stayed longer.
Spotless , open-feel.arty-almost hip decor. great room without boxy vibe.
I had only 1 day to stay. Did not get to use fitness spa
Very clean and comfortable. Everything is perfect. Breakfast is
Excellent location / roomy / friendly staff
