Bed was comfortable. Room was clean
Breakfast would have been nice.
I liked the location the rates and the staff.
I was unhappy with the shuttle service. The driver was very unprofessional and I didn't like the fact that the room did not have a fridge.
Walking distance to Beale St Staff was great
the walls are thin and not well insulated. I had a great time ,I just heard every movement upstairs, downstairs next door etc..it sounded as if someone was doing construction. for the price I feel as tho breakfast should have been complimentary ..need more amentites
Upon arrival the fact that it is manditory Valet is not posted. I actually parked in the garage and had to move my vehicle back downstairs to be valeted, no biggie, just confusing!
Location was excellent
Room and bathroom was very small for the price of the room
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is only 2 blocks from Beale Street.
The location is great.
The price is not worth the place.
The staff was pleasant and very helpful.
Near Beale Street
Only had valet parking on property
Location is excellent and the price is fair.
We arrived at noon, very tired after a long drive. The lady at the the counter was very sympathic and found us a room after a short wait. Hot showers and a short nap allowed us to enjoy Beale St that evening.
The room very nice &clean staff very friendly
I like the size of the room, and the location
Everything was broken, the ice machine, the air conditioner, the keys stopped working we had to keep getting new ones made, the elevators we shut down. We would call the staff about twice a day to complain and they would tell us it's not their job to make sure those things are working. I want my money back
The close proximity to FedEx Forum
Security came to my door claiming to have a disturbance for noise. We had just came to our room after the game. Our room was close to the elevators so I assume that was the mix up, not sure
Great staff. Very informative, helpful and willing to accommodate. Loved it!
We loved the staff! Daniel, who was working with the Valet staff was a great help to us-had some great suggestions on places to visit. We loved the fact that we could walk downstairs in the morning for a good breakfast that didn't break the bank. The entire staff was very curteous.
Convenient location. Friendly staff.
Staff was very friendly
Room was clean upon check-in, but only cleaned once again during our 4-night stay. This was despite requests for the room to be cleaned. Unacceptable!
The front desk clerk was very rude and needed a attitude adjustment. I would say still book the room its so close to all the attraction's..
The convenience of the location to the places we were going.
PAYING FOR PARKING
Great property, excellent staff and cleanliness
Street noise (middle of the night yelling on the sidewalk across the street)
We were not prepared for valet parking. Caught us by surprise.
Close location to Beale Street and the Peabody Hotel
Bathroom was vey small.
Staff was very pleasant and we left with a positive experience. We would stay here again. This was our second time we stayed at this hotel. Close to Beale street, the sports stadium and area attractions.
Forced to pay for Valet parking. 20.00 is a bit high.
