The price was right and the fact they had a contract with the Marlowe Restaurant to pick the guests up to take them to dinner. Actually, this was the best thing about the hotel. The driver was very personable and friendly.

One person in our party was bothered by phone calls around 11:30pm (5 of them) and we had to get up early to leave for the airport. He was looking for some needed sleep after our long, busy vacation. He finally went down to the desk and the person said it was probably kids playing with the phone and there was nothing she could do - then she laughed at him when he walked away to go back to his room. We will never stay at this hotel again and not recommend it to our friends.

This hotel is in need of a complete face lift. Carpets, decor, etc., are antiquated. We had to switch rooms because the heater operated at a screeching volume that no one could sleep through. I've never seen so many short flights of stairs. I actually counted the doorways to the fire escape in case of a nocturnal fire.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is a huge hotel and only a couple of minutes from the airport. Breakfast at the restaurant was a modest Southern buffet, with piles of somewhat warm scrambled eggs, tons of crisp bacon, two kinds of sausage as well as hot biscuits and gravy. There was also juice, fresh milk, oatmeal and dry cereal, bagels and other breads. The cost was less than $9 including unlimited coffee or tea. I would go back.

For those expecting a four star property (this was listed as 3 I think), it isn't. It is, however, convenient, comfortable and commodious..

The fridge was unplugged so my daughter (16) plugged it in and got shocked which then blew the fuse to our room so we had no lights for a couple hours which is fine but no air conditioning was not good, Then they tell us when I reserved the room that the pool was working which is was not. We asked for a restaurant or if they had vending machines and they said we had to walk across the street to their restaurant. Why would you have it across a very busy intersection? Next there was mold on the shower curtain and no easy way to get to our room w/o having to walk around the whole entire hotel. It was a nightmare. We left after 1 day and went to another hotel which was awesome. I guess you get what you pay for!!

not having a choice of continental breakfast

I liked the I could come to the city & use the shuttle service to get to the attractions the city offers. Nothing worse than trying to find your way around an unfamiliar city. I liked that I could park my vehicle and use the shuttle service.

More availibility of the shuttle service to the various attractions to keep visitors from driving & paying excessive parking fees.

I didn't like the hotel at all. I kept having problems with my key card trying to get into the room. According to my printout I was suspose to have a microwave and a refrigerator, I only had the microwave. The location was great and there were no flat screen T.V. The bathroom was very small. The air conditioner didn't function properly.I Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They didn''t give you the floor mat that you use upon getting out of the showers each day. Sometimes I had to use a towel.

Nothing, it was close to the Air Port but thats it. Small beds and bath room, we scheduled 3 people for the room and there was only towels for about 1.5 poeple. The tv was not working. When we 1st checked in the room key did not work and they had to change our room. At best this was about a $35.00 room. Also your booking site is totally lying to your customers. They said on line there was only 3 or 4 rooms so book now, there was 600 rooms at this Hotel and (9) cars is the parking lot, it felt like I should sleep in the car to keep it from being stolen. Could not be more accomodating for my family of 5. Will recommend to anyone.

Rooms were not clean and in poor condition. Bugs, rugs tore up and door was so beat it did not shut tight. I had a colleague from Germany stay with me and it was just awful. Never again. No way a 3.5 ***

Very friendly staff throughout the Hotel. Front desk was extremely nice allowing me to check in early my first day. The Restraunt personnel were also very nice, and the food was great. Especially breakfast, a great buffet. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable, I wanted to bring it home.

For sure, I would recommend this Hotel for anyone on business or vacation, it was quite nice for the price and the staff was the best. Everthing about the Hotel was fine.

Poor service I check in on saturday and they didnt clean my room until tuesday after I told them room had not been service never come back here again.

Hour and a half wait for pick-up. Misinformation regarding food and drink. Misinformation regarding shuttle to airport. Expensive for quality of facility.

The beds were comfortable. The room was pretty clean.

The hotel was bleak. Has potential, but the bare minimum was put out. It's my understanding that it used to be a Hilton. When they left they didn't try to make the hotel nice after it was stripped. The breakfast in the lobby cost 8.00 per person. Most hotels have the same thing for free. They ran out of syrup, so they had to go to the store and buy some. I guess they did put forth the effort to get more, but I've never heard of a hotel running out of syrup.

Elevator could not find our floor. Service very slow took 20 mins just to start check in. $9 continental breakfast was not worth $2. your website said 4 rooms left when hotel was basically empty. Plane noise all night

It was quiet. The gentleman at the desk was great, he gave us a room where my children could watch the planes. They loved it! And he gave awesome directions to where we needed to go.

We are pretty picky about our beds. And the beds where too hard for us. And the bathrooms very small. But thats just our opinion.

super lage, tatsächlich nur 5 autominuten vom memphis international airport entfernt. das hotel bietet zudem einen kostenlosen shuttlebus zum flughafen an! der gesamte hotelkomplex ist etwas veraltet, die lobby ist riesig und ungemütlich, die zimmer sind zweckmäßig, jedoch nicht überkomfortabel eingerichtet. badausstattung war recht modern und in ordnung, guter wasserdruck und toller duschkopf.

drei dinge haben uns allerdings dann doch gestört: wir hatten ein nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, mussten dann allerdings feststellen, dass vor nicht allzulanger zeit in unserem zimmer geraucht worden war, der geruch ist halt nicht einfach zu übertünchen! der zweite minuspunkt hängt dann gleich mit ersterem zusammen, wir konnten die fenster in unserem zimmer nicht öffnen, weshalb auch eine gute durchlüftung nicht möglich war. zu alledem war die klimaanlage alt und machte die ganze nacht hindurch einen entsetzlichen lärm! alles in allem glaube ich, dass man für den preis in flughafennähe ein besseres hotel finden kann!
