Everything really..food ,rooms,staff.
Rooms had mold in them & it took 5 hours to finally receive my room .. Food was horrible as well as customer service..
Good location nice room friendly staff
Hate because we didn't get the breakfast package breakfast smell good and look good
The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
The facility was under MAJOR construction.
The room was fine.
The hotel is under construction. When we got there at 10 P.M., there were no directions to the desk. We wandered through empty halls until a man who must work there rescued us. As it turned out, the check-in desk was two floors above. We may have been the only guests in a cavernous hotel. We booked online and ther was no indication that the hotel was undergoing renovation.
Friendly service, nice clean room
Confusion on where to park & check in
Convenient location for flying. Shuttle to and from airport. The people were nice and helpful.
Hotel under major construction. No signs; thus making it hard to find motel; especially the entrance. It was difficult getting in and out of the motel; rain made it even more difficult. Tv service very poor...without major channel service . There was no hot water for showers.
rooms was extra nice
elevators didn't work
I liked it was very close to the airport.
I didn't like that construction is going on to make it into a holiday inn and it was long and complicated way just to get to the reservation desk which is right in the middle. It was filthy! Our room was somewhat clean but the hotel itself was filthy. I mean they had conventions going on and right down below from our room was a big space where noone had cleaned up and there was food all around on the floor. Next time I will pay more money and stay at a Marriott. Couldn't get Wifi in our room also.
The staff were friendly and helpful despite the limited service they were able to offer in a building under substantial modification.
The hotel, in the process of renovation, should not have been open for business. The fault lies not with the staff (helpful under dire circumstances) but with the Hotel's purchaser, Holiday Inn. To charge full price for an almost total absence of facilities struck me as excessive (E.G. an 'included in tariff' breakfast was all but non-existent). I booked in advance on the web, a site which carried no indication that the hotel was under substantil repair. It is fair to say that I feel over-charged and poorly treated.
