Check in was good and easy, staff efficient

I got 1 hours sleep, the sound proofing is non existent. I could hear conversations, TV's, showers, toilets, AC the lot!!! I will never return, when I reported it on check out I was advised it would be noted.

Seminar on site thus avoiding daily trips from home over 3 Days. Our room available on mornIng arrival. Complimentary coffee and newspaper in morning.

Charge for daily parking which was unheard of at any other Holiday Inn. No complimentary continental breakfast. Malfunctioning water faucet in room 228. Dialing 0 for operator without response thus missing instruction for wake up call.

Room freezing cold!!!!!! Did not get fixed for over three hours and I could not get the sleep I needed because of it. I had to be up at 4:30 am and the heat did not get fixed until 11:30 pm then it took time for the room to warm up. I should not have been charged full price or at all because of this. Food was good in dinning room but the service was pathetic.

Chose it because of free shuttle & proximity to airport also free Wifi-all VERY important. Able to get into room early also good restaurant .

That you charge for parking! I have never paid to park my car at a hotel i'm paying to stay at...

Comfortable.

Expensive for a short 5 hour stay. Difficult to find (I spent an additional 30 mins at 1am trying to locate the place) even with GPS on my phone. Parking was difficult. Too many fake cleaning smells. Use natural cleaners with low smell! Yuck.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Nice large rooms and well set up.

The hotel was ok just the area has no interesting places to go close by. You eat all meals in the hotel and nowhere to walk.

it's location was great, proximity to eateries and shopping was ideal. The restaurant bar in the hotel was great. the bar tenders were very friendly and the food was good. Hotel staff was friendly.

I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel. The staff was rude, the room was old and run down looking, the beds were uncomfortable, the door didnt shut/lock correctly. There were no drawers for storing clothes, I paid significantly more than the "booking.com" total. I will never stay at this hotel again, I will never book with booking.com again. My entire experience was unfavorable.

It was sheer luxury and great value for money. We have been on a 3 wk holiday around California and this was one of the best hotels we stayed in!! A lovely big bright room - thank you holiday inn!! The free shuttle in was/is much appreciated too.

we were transiting over-night so it was convenient to the airport. It wasn't my first choice as all other options were booked. I would stay there again though. Loved Houghlahans

Cleaning staff and 2 employees of the restaurant were very friendly

Frontdesk staff unfriendly except 2 ladies. The 2 gentlemen were extremely unfriendly. In the restaurant only 2 employees were pleasant, the others were not friendly and seemingly always in a bad mood not really liking their work. The alarmclock nor the telephone in the bedroom were not functioning. I would not choose any more for this hotel unless there are no rooms in other hotels available

Convenient to airport and provides airport shuttle

This hotel has been there for some time and has older carpet... If I was returning to stay very close to the airport, I would pay a little more for the Holiday Inn express

Price,comfort,lairge spacious cold rooms

The staff seemed on top of everything. We checked in 15 minutes early and I was concerned that the hallway outside our room smelled like someone took a dump in the hallway and was suffering from some illness. By the time I filled the rental car with gas, returned it, took the Air Train to the airport to straighten out reservations and took the shuttle back to the hotel (<1 hr) the odor was completely gone.

After an international flight the hotel was close to the airport with free shuttle service. Very welcoming reception staff. Good quality room facilities with free internet. We are staying here again on our return trip.
