Room was not available when I arrived. Staff did not seem to be concerned with this issue. Placed me in smaller room and said I could speak to a manager the next day. Of course there was no manager available the following day. Resorted to contacting the corporate office. Issue resolved at corporate level. No attempt made by staff to to resolve after multiple opportunities.
The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about local attractions and good restaurants. Good driving directions too!
Entering the property off of Jefferson Avenue from I-25 could be a bit tricky.
staff was nice, good location
went down to the pool to find 22 people alreay there. found 2 bugs in the bathroom. very poor wi fi.
Pool slide was not open again-disappointed the grandkids
They kept on reminding us the check out time
Because they have a pool with a slide there were a lot of kids and I was not able to use the pool because of it.
I loved everything about this hotel. Bed was very comfortable, there was Alot of towels, the restaurant was excellent, food was delicious, staff was nice, pool was good, room was beautiful, very clean, over all I would recommend this hotel to others
It was awesome that we booked this hotel just an hour before we arrived!!
This hotel was very, very noisy! Didn't get any sleep the whole night. The interstate is on one side of the hotel, it should be insulated properly...
Location for the Balloon Festival. When asked, the staff placed me in a room that was able to see the balloon field. Had one balloon land outside my window.
Pillows were to big and bulky to use for sleeping. During Balloon Festival they should consider opening the restaurant earlier.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Close to freeway and balloon fiesta. Free use of computer. Manager printed out our boarding passes. Lots of info re the balloon fiesta in the lobby. Free cookies every afternoon, coffee every morning in the lobby.
Our notice from Booking.com said we would be paying $429.98, but our bill was $500. They said it was taxes. Elevator was so loud we could not sleep in the livingroom and were awake most of the night. They charged for breakfast even at these exorbetent prices which we did not buy and the pool was tiny so we never went in. A real rip off for the high price.
The staff was great!!!!!!!! We need directions to places, they were great about helping us find directions and drawings us maps to get were we wanted to go. The room was very nice and clean.
