The front desk agent Chevy was the only good thing about this hotel.

Mattresses are horrid, bathroom shower had grime from other guests in 2 of the corners, requested 2 beds got one, and was told there was a couch in the room that was a bed, instead we got a chair and ottoman not capable of sleeping 2 children. Tried to give them my priority card a few times, there was always some reason they couldn't do it at that time, and we were out of the hotel all day both days. The quality of the breakfast is disgusting, and they charge $10 per person for it. The wifi was non existent, extremely slow and unreliable, and now the worst, worst part of the stay.. There was a teenage boy baseball team staying there, and the PARENTS of these boys were belligerent drunks cursing and screaming in the lobby until 2:45 in the morning and the employees completely ignored it. When we checked in Friday night, it was late and we had driven 3 hours with our young children and entered the lobby to these people screaming drunk discussing what they do sexually. This went on both nights we stayed, into the wee hours of the morning. The kicker is we were charged $330+ for this hell hole, and if every other hotel in town hadn't been booked solid, believe we would've been out of there in a second, even though we still would have been charged for the stay anyway. I've stayed in many hotels, this is one to avoid at ALL costs. I reached out to the hotel customer service through twitter and phone, nothing was fixed, and we were still charged full price for the stay.

We were to have a free breakfast but the restaurant was closed because the manager was getting married.
