Free parking free shuttle to O'Hare pretty good breakfast (you get the coupon of 14.5 usd and choose what you want) steak house (hosting breakfasts, btw) It took 1h10-20m to get Chicago by public transport but that's understandable. You cannot find a hotel at such price in Chicago with free parking available

Close to the airport. Easy to get to. Bed was comfortable. No heat the entire night. Staff was notified and they wanted to put us in a different room, however it was 1:30am and we were already dressed for bed. We turned on the heat as soon as we entered the room thinking it would warm up while we changed for bed but it kept blowing cold air. Got into bed hoping it would eventually warm up but had to get up and turn it off because the cold air coming from the heater was hitting us directly on our foreheads. Also, Bathroom door would not close because it was warped. Pillows were very lumpy. Room is beginning to show it's age on bathroom floor etc. Toilet seat was missing a plastic hinge cover and as a result was filled with water or something wet! Front desk said they would make an adjustment on our bill but do not know if they did. We were late picking family up at the airport and were unable to stop at the front desk.

They have a poor security system. I accidently left in the room a pouch containing an electric razor($30.00) and a mouth guard($600.00)only useful to me and the next day when I call and finally reached security they had not found this item

We traveled to Cancun and was able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage. Very secure. Did not have to worry abou the car while we were away. Enjoyed the Harry Carey restaurant during our overnight stay. Wonderful job ! !

I was greeted with a welcoming smile. I liked that this hotel didn't charge for parking, also free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A hotel guest was smoking in a room near mine. I thought I was in a non smoking hotel.

Went for a buffet breakfast at the restaurant and realised I had to pay extra for a second glass of orange juice! Orange juice is given as part of buffet in European hotels. Was really annoyed especially as I wasn't told before the juice was served.

Proximity to the airport is ideal, and the free shuttle runs every half hour. Beds were comfy and the multiple pillows were wrapped with firmness indicators, offering both soft and firm. Our room had two queen beds, each in its own room with a door separating them- perfect for families with children. Bathroom was clean, modern, with plenty of towels and a great shower. Appreciated having a restaurant on the premises, even if it was a little pricey. Met our needs for an overnight stay close to the airport. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were very friendly. Would definitely come back!

Friendly efficient staff. Clean room, and the windows opened!! Smoking room. My refrigerator made a noise that disturbed my sleep. I just unplugged it. Hair dryer did not work.

Quite a bit to like about this hotel: A) very convenient to O'Hare made it an easy layover after returning from Europe B) the free shuttle bus drivers were very friendly, timely & helpful C) the Harry Caray's restaurant was both an easy option and very creditable food (dinner & breakfast) D) truly appreciated the free USA Today after being out of the US 2 weeks No complaint whatsoever
