The price was reasonable.The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean.

The benches and couch were visibly cum stained and I felt I had to cover them because they were so disgusting. Two of the four drinking glasses were sticky and dirty.I have an injured arm and there were no carts or help and I didn't feel safe there...it was bad. or help

The room was very nice and comfortable. Nice pool area. Close to where we needed to go. Was very easy to get to.

The stairwell in parking ramp is falling apart. Made you feel unsafe going up the stairs.

friendliness of the staff

The parking was far to carry your luggage to your room, with stairs involved. We felt the whole place was very stuffy, couldnt wait to get a breath of fresh air when we went outside. I found myself in front of the fan in the room to get some air! The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, did not get a restfull nights sleep.

Very friendly staff. Great lounge and resteraunt. Easy to get to from 494. Easy access to downtown.

Only real contact that we had were with folks at the check-in desk and at that immediate vicinity; But the staff persons were very helpful.

Parking lot was difficult to work our way through. We arrived late, and we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs in order to get to the elevator. This was due to the lack of parking space.

Convenience was good. Staff was good. Restaurant was good.

Did not like going outside in the rain to get to my car, which was protected from the weather.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

No cotton tips or cotton balls in bathroom..but clearly not a huge concern.

It was close to the mall of America

It was dirty, there was an empty alcohol bottle and condom wrapper ontop of the entertainment stand. Also there was hairs in the bath tub. Not to be gross but we thought they were pubic hairs. It made us disgusted and upset this is what we got for purchasing a suite. I don't plan on staying in their hotel again.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, restaurant great, shuttles to the airport and mall are extremely convenient.

Didn't get the chance to be in town long enough so I could explore the local area more

Way over priced for the rooms. Which were very outdated.

The hotel was clean. The pool area was nice but the windows needed to be cleaned desperately! We utilized the shuttle to the mall but it was overcrowded and we had to wait for the driver to make a second trip to get back from the mall which left our family with four young children standing out in the cold.

The hotel is showing a little wear, frayed carpet and such. The refrigerator in the room barely worked. The cleaning staff didn't remove our dirty glasses just left them sitting in the room. They also didn't replace the liner for the ice bucket. Their were no towels in the pool area eventhough it was full of guests. When someone finally showed up with towels he attempted to lock them up instead of putting them on the shelves. I had to approach him and ask for towels for the six of us.

Staff was friendly, check in and out super fast and easy. Our room was nice and clean. The free shuttle service to Mall of America was great.

The bed and pillows weren't comfortable at all. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it the food wasn't good. Walls are thin so we could here the people next door.

Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.

The room key never seemed to work in the elevator to be able to get off on our floor number 9. We had to make several trips with different elevators to be able to make it to our floor.

Nice staff and good location.

Slight smell of smoke in the room, even though it was a non-smoking room. Room service menu is very limited for vegetarians.

caribou coffee! food was good at the resturant - it was quiet and comfortable - love having extra pillows & not needing to ask for extra - breakfast was by room service and it was very generous portions!! Would come back again!

Only one person at the desk on the am we checked out, waited a bit then -

The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the Mall of America couldn't be better. We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. We were able to "park" our bags so that we didn't have to haul all of our airport bags to our room. The customer service was amiable, helpful--excellent in all respects. I have told all my friends about it.

vary dated.. Booked a king suite... did not get but a king bed.. be very hard to stay there again ..poor value for the money..
