We are local residents to Galveston, we had a fabulous time at the hotel! the room was clean and very comfy. You are in walking distance and or driving distance of all the cool attractions in galveston!

Unfriendly, frankly rude front desk staff. Loud music until 2am from pool side bar made rest impossible and we were on fourth floor. Brokrn window in room overlooking balcony. Rusty doors to room and to balcony. Balcony door was hard to open and close, sticking on rusty door frame. WAY overpriced. Was an anniversary getaway for th wife and I, room, staff and noise from bar really disappointed us both.

Could not get on the Internet and could not get any help from staff. They woke us up at 4:00 am trying to stuff our bill in the door. The place is pretty much a over priced spring break flop house...... WAY OVER PRICED !!!!!

Beautiful place. Great view. Great pool. Nice, clean room.

The coffee pot quit working after one cup. We could hear the bass line from the music coming from the attached bar until about 3 in the morning. It woke us up when the music stopped. There was no microwave. There was no hot tub. Also, the balcony door was rusted and would not lock.

It was convenient to most attractions. Secure parking.

The room was very dated. AC was noisy, door to balconey was rusted and could not be opened. Bath was quite plain. Noticed lots of rust out on door frame. Complained to management about baloconey door not opening but no repair made while in room. This hotel had been inundated by Hurricane Ike and had been given a pretty poor job of repair. Lobby was musty, one elevator. No additional perks such as a meal plan available. Price of room was NOT worth the facility in its present condition. Although pretty, it hides a number of issues. I do not wish to stay there again.

the location was great. the hotel has a good design with all rooms overlooking the gulf with a balcony. the price was reasonable and the staff very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful with all our needs.

Pool side bartending was a bit slow.

Ask for ocean view...got room over drive through in front of building. I'm 6'4" and was given a handicap room. Had 4 towels in room, one of them was wet and smelly. Had email with confirmation number and price but Debbie still insisted we owed $208 more at checkout. After 45 mins we paid it due to 7 hour drive ahead of us. FYI...contacted Booking.com and they supposedly resolved it. Waiting for credit card bill to find out. Room was way over priced for size. Have stayed in cleaner, larger rooms with breakfast provide at hotels for less than half the price. We will not stay there again.

The staff and facilities were wonderful and most helpful. Unfortunately, my wife became ill and we were well accomodated for an extra night's stay.

Its in a great location on the seawall, the shallow play area in the pool for the kids was great, the swim up bar was great, the air conditioner worked really well and the hospitality and quickness of the hotel staff was superb. It was the perfect place to take the wife and kids and next time we go back we will definitely look into staying here again.

The staff at the front desk was horrible. One in particular was the larger black lady (wish I had gotten her name) she has no business in the hospitality industry. Also the air conditioning was horrible. High cool is more like low fan.

We had a great time, could see the gulf from our room and hear the waves from the balcony or with the door open. That was what we wanted and that is what we got. Bonus the sun shone in spite of the weather reports.

Nice pool with outdoor resturant/bar poolside. Excellent food and reasonably priced. Staff courteous and prompt with requests.

Location was great, the view was awesome. Very friendlly employees, loved the Tiki bar on the sea wall. Cost was abit to much to pay. But overall it was a great experience for me and my husband.
