great stay love the atmosphere great staff

the beds were very uncomfortable made noise whenyou move and felt like a whole in the middele of the bed.

We love this Hotel. We love how they play music by the pool during the day, We love the movies at night by the pool and were very happy they had a movie every nite. We loved the bar area. The hula dancers were fun to watch and the activities they had for the kids. Everything is great about this Hotel. Breakfast buffet is FANTASTIC!! We love love the Sunspree! Wish we could have stayed another night!

Price. I wish they would come down on the price some or give better specials such as stay 4 nites get 1 free. The most we could afford was 3 nites. We had to go at right after graduation and was disappointed at the amount of yelling and behavior of the younger kids staying there. However, security made their appearance known which was comforting.

The beach was awesome. This was my 1st trip to the Gulf Coast. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was superb. The courtesy shuttle was a great way to get from the guest parking. Awesome experience

The staff was friendly. Properties was very clean. There were so many activities for the kids. All rooms ocean view.

Definitely the view from our balcony. The 2 complimentary drinks.

We had breakfast there and the service was poor. We had to keep asking for things that should have been done automatically.

I liked the beach and also the fitness center. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Room wood floors need cleaning. Rates a little high. Access to room was outside.

I could not believe how friendly the staff was & how many "extras" were thrown in daily. Free cookies by the pool at 3pm, we saw a fire show from our balcony & a nightly movie was projected by the pool. Not to mention the kids pool was awesome & plenty of other heated pools for the adults to choose from. Everything was above & beyond my expectations, I'll definitely be going back!

There were signs/hints in the room that it was post spring break. A small hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone punched or fell into it & although the shower had great water pressure, the curtain was ripped in a few spots & it didn't drain well. Other than that, the room was very clean & the size fridge was an added bonus.

The gulf view was absolutely unbeatable! What a great way to start the day. The 'no smoking' sun deck was perfect for us. The room shower was so great that we went to Lowes and tried to buy the same shower head for our home. Friendly, helpful staff.

The restaurant staff were great but the meals were expensive. The staff needed to monitor the hot tub more closely(children were eating and drinking in the tub, creatingfloating food crumbs). The beds were absolutely the worst we have slept on in years....but the atmosphere was so relaxing that we slept great!

Floor in room was dirty! I had to push air conditioner back in the hole as it was laying into the room, on one side. and leaking water, After it was put back, no water out on patio or in room.

it was raining hard and you have to park across the rode.

we had booked on line for a high floor room when we arrived there were none available even though we paid extra for this feature the guest service manager, Dave Tyring was great, he tried everything to accommodate us. Glad we came to an agreement and stayed.

I loved the location.

The staff was unhelpful and the parking was ridiculous. Parking is on the other side of a main road and we had to run in a rain storm on night to get back to our room.

Facilities were great.The heated pools,the beach,the parking were all great. I would come again. Great looking resort with great views of the beach.breakfast buffet was great including our waitresses.

Front door young security guard was immature. Food was pricey.Too much pile up at front door. Not enough cartes.Front desk clerks too young and unprofessional even for spring break. The shower heads are moldy and too low for a 6 footer.

Needs updated on the outside, room was ok but lots of scratches and burns there was trash left in there from the last people that stayed there and the room could have been neater upon arrival

Our stay was wonderful. We were there on a break from taking care of my mom with Alzheimers. I plan to recommend Holiday Inn to everyone.

Nice BIG rooms! Very comfortable and clean. Plumbing, AC, everything worked.

no continental breakfast with the room the hotel never gave you a card to get into the clubs for free

We absolutely loved this Hotel ! Very nice. Staff was totally awesome ! Very friendly and nice. The room was spacious. Furnishings very nice. Nice size tv. Very nice beach setting. If you are looking for a nice beach stay, skip Pensacola and just come here. I have been to both. Do yourself a favor and come here !
