Location, price, nice breakfast and complimentary drinks nice, too! There is and has never been any security getting into the building on the lower level by the laundry. Although there is a key card entrance, it is ALWAYS OPEN to all

It has parking, comfy beds, doesn't charge by the hour and is close to Wayne. The restaurant is dingy to say the least. The surrounding area is awful since the hotel is between a bargain supermarket parking lot and a highway (with no other approach than through the parking lot). Not a pleasant location - this where people come for targeted kip and then leave.
