Holiday Inn Universal Studios - Hollywood  

Nice atmosphere there. Met by friendly met by friendly Staff at reception and bar. Great spot for visiting Universal Studios. Also near the Fox & Hound pub where the food is great.

A lot of noise from the freeway near the hotel. Breakfast slightly expensive and pushes up the cost of staying there a lot. Why not call it Beverly Garland Hotel on Bookings.Com. In oder to avoid confusion when looking for directions to find the Hotel.

Close to Universal Studios, free shuttle service.

Staff could have been more personable. Shuttle service was busy; need to increase frequency or add another bus.

Loved the room, staff was very friendly, bed was super cumfy

Loved the use of the black/white photos of Beverly Garland in various areas, especially the one in the Decoy Bar. The vibe in the Decor Bar was very comfortable & the staff in all areas were friendly & efficient.

The heated pool

Noisy - close to highway. After we were moved to a quieter room, there was no fridge in the room. There were no extra blankets in the rooms. We chose the hotel for its proximity to Hollywood but it is not that close to Hollywood at all and the shuttle to the Metro and Universal Studios is not always reliable.

Excellent hotel! The room was very impressive, king size bed with a very good bathroom. Staff were exceptional in all areas and greeted me by name on calling reception. Staff in the boutique even printed off maps and directions for us. Hotel is in very close proximity to Universal Studios and a free shuttle bus is offered

The reception received. Very helpful staff. The hotel itself looked amazing. All our requirements were attended to.

It's very near to the universal studio. the facility is not very old as someone said. But the price is little high because the location. If you want to go universal studios, I think its the best choice for you.

De location is perfect. Between universal studio's and Hollywood the hotel is Good, breakfast is oké. You have to book it als an or else you have à la card breakfast. Rooms are clean and big, Maybe a little to noissy.

The price, 500 euro, for 3 nights is à little bit to high. That price is incl. 3 Days parc. And breakfast. For a room with 2 queen size beds.

We liked the location the room the facilities and the staff were very helpful. Thr resturant on site was also excellent. As well as the included breakfast we ate there all three nights of our stay.

Good, clean and convenient hotel. Movie shown around the pool at night is funy, kids love it, parents too. Spaceous rooms. Nothing to say.

It was very clean and the staff were impeccably attired and very professional. The complimentary shuttle service provided was also an excellent way of providing transportation. The easy accessibility to public transport to enable visits to attractions and shopping etc.

It felt like a motel/hotel room at times due to no kitchenette facilities however the room was presented in a very clean manner

- The bathroom wasn't very clean (hair from previous guest, I guess, on the floor...) - Rooms are not very sound proof. - Room carpet looks old and quite dirty.

great hotel,wonderful location, near studios and our acting course tvi acting school on ventura. restaurant very good food? even for A french resident! only too cold aircondition in the restaurant, but this seems to be normal in the states .I will stay here definittly again

Despite asking for a calm room we were given a room with a connceting door. It was locked but you could hear the family next door clearly

O Hotel é muito confortavel, o quarto é amplo e muito limpo.

Na chegada apesar de ter chego as 16:00hs ainda tive que aguardar 15 minutos para liberarem o quarto, outro ponto é que no quarto nao tinha frigobar
