Room was fairly comfortable Bathroom was cold and there was no ventilation device... Front Desk Staff was responsive to problems but less than hospitable including the manager

It was very quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. Valdosta was halfway to our destination and a great place to stop over. The rooms were very large. Loved the frig, microwave and sink. We didn't get connecting rooms like we had requested.

The room was great, everything about the place was good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Maintance was very prompt at correcting a problem in our room. They could have used some extra help at the bar. A sofa in the king suite would be nice also.

i was very impressed with the entire staff,they all were helpful and friendly. The rooms were vey clean and comfortable located in a nice area. We will stay there each time. there was nothing that I saw negative

I liked that the Holiday Inn was close to the highway, Walmart and Sam's Club. The ladies in the hotel's restaurant were we ate breakfast were wonderful as was the chef. The only negative during our three nights at the Holiday Inn was that our room did not get cleaned the second day of our stay and I'm not sure why.

It would have been nice to have been given a warning about the 3 trains that go within a mile or so of the hotel between 1am and 6am, nightly. I would not have stayed at this location if I had known about the trains. They were loud and woke me up each time they came through and sounded the whistle. I would suggest going to the Holiday Inn Express at the next Valdosta exit 133. I will not stay at this one again.
