Location great, rooms spacious and clean, very comfortable

would have preferred fresh milk to powdered, but other than that everything was great.

Great staff that were so helpful & its close to everything. Fun Bar by the pool Jimmy Buffets with great food.

Centrally located near restaurants, shops, transport and near the beach (only short stroll), free wi-fi access, staff able to help/ advise with travelers questions

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and elegance of the hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with wore a smile when assisting us * true Aloha!

The location was excellent, to access to the beach and major shopping sites.

The room and beds were narrow for two adults and two boys whose ages are 9-12.

Very helpful, friendly staff; very clean and convenient to everything! Nice sized safe for computers, etc. No ants!:) Fast check out.

This is not important but it would be so nice to have creamers in the room for coffee. Didn't feel safe leaving room window open due to location BUT the room was very nice and perfect for what we needed. I also think that Jimmy Buffets restaurant could be updated to be much more appealing!

room on the west side of hotel extremely noisy. We had an adjoining room door with yelling, crying children at 11:00 pm.

The location is perfect. I can just go down to eat and shop. Very near to waikiki beach.

Very erratic elevators. Catered too much to Asian travellers. Meals in restaurant couldn't be charged to room.

We enjoyed the comfort of the rooms, location near the beach and heart of Waikiki, and swimming at the pool.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location just one street away from the beach and local bus stops, within the main shopping street. Good places to eat nearby. Free Wifi in the rooms. Choice of soft or firm pillows was a nice touch.

Having to pay to access internet terminals in main reception, although internet connection very slow.

It looks very tired and needs updating. I encounted a very rude female person at reception .

Great central Waikiki location.

Very limited facilities: Tiny swimming pool, one average restaurant, long wait for elevators, no smoking on balcony, no bath in room, bar closes at 9pm. Not good value for money.

Really loud road noise, even on 20th floor. Night club bass thumping until 1.30am. Don't stay here if you want to sleep well!

It was close to many things in waikiki.

時間になっても清掃が終わらずなかなかチェックインが出来なかったこと。部屋が古かった。

ショッピングやビーチに近いところや部屋で無料wifiが出来たこと

シャワーのみでバスタブがなかったので連泊すると バスタブありの部屋がいいと思った。

Le lobby : vieilli, des fauteuils en zone de grand passage La chambre : plus de 24h pour disposer d'une savonette Chambre faite que vers 18:30 Le service IT : connexion très instable Le service IT payant pour consulter et imprmer juste des boarding passes Le support hot line de l'IT : bourrage de papier dans l'imprimante... Le compteur tourne pour le paiement pour le paiement et il faut téléphoner pour entendre qu'il faut enlever le papier !

Very small room, very expensive for what we got, very noisy (lift machinery mainly). Poor Breakfast (in addition to the room price) at an expensive price. The second day, we bought our breakfast and ate in the room instead.
