Room was comfortable and location was excellent. Great breakfast and bar/ restaurant. Staff was excellent!

Pool was to small and crowded.

The location was great. The Smithsonian Inst. is a block away, and the site seeing trolley picks up at the hotel.

Very convenient to all the museums and mall

Price for the first day was heavier weighted than the remaining days (Quoted $198.50/day...actual Day 1 $299.00, Day 2 169.00, Day 3 $159.00) We all got sick from the meal at the hotel restaurant. Difficult time getting hot water in the shower.....needed to let it run for 5-7 mins. first. Multiple facility people erroneous knocking at our door at late hours of the night.

very convenient location to all major sites in DC. The hotel is situated 5-10ms walk from capital building and museums on the Mall. 20ms walk to Lincoln, Jefferson and Washington memorials. Very competitive priced hotel. Breakfast at hotel competitively priced, especially the deli.

Train station nearby. Incoming trains sounded horn when entering station, which a little disturbing at night. No real issue though if traveller used to city life. Only one convenience store near to hotel,which closed 7pm and not open on sundays at all. This made shopping difficult especially if been out all day and wanted provisions at night. Only fast food outlets near hotel were McDonalds and a Mexican sytle food equivalent. Restaurants located on other side of Mall, necessitating 30 ms walk from hotel, unless you used hotel and paid premium prices.

Excellent staff. Friendly all the way around. Cleaning excellent in spite of actual room condition. Very close to tourist attractions.

Shower leaked, no bathroom fan, ac roared, fridge banged, carpet filthy, over-priced.

It was very close to the Metro and very convenient to all of the attractions on the National Mall. Bed was superb and the water pressure in the shower was great! Loved the Bath and Body works soaps!

The breakfasts were over priced. Parking was too expensive. We stayed at the garage across the street. TV's audio was shot.

The location was great for my Dad and I since he is in his 70's and walking can be a challenge. Very close to the Air and Space Museum and Metro stops. The hotel lobby areas, dining options, layout, ammenities and staff were all wonderful. Great breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again! Ok fitness area. Outside courtyard nice. CVS, McDonald's, Quizos close by which was helpful too.

The air system in the room is on motion detector. Room was hot when we would return and took a while to cool down. The shower fixture has a leak (room 203) and was a bit difficult to use. A concierge would be great at this hotel instead of needing to wait to speak to the front desk or bother the tours desk or bell captain. Train noise behind hotel can be annoying.

i was given room by ice machine and train tracks; fortunately i like the sound of trains at nite, but still would have been cool to know before i got to room. i may have asked for another. also the wake up call i requested for 9am the morning of checkout came at 5am(!) which kinda ruined my nite's sleep. your menu could use a few more vegetarian-friendly options (tho what you had was tasty) and deli should be open on weekends

the hotel location was great as we wanted to be close to it all. I also loved the trees and greenery etc all around washington love the fact that there were elderly folk employed and appreciated. the tour guides were amazing as well. loved the snack shop and the fact we could eat late and early. front desk was very helpful and friendly

The hotel staff were friendly and very accomodating when I asked for directions since I was out of town. Everything was clean (just the way I like)

I have to call about the bill. On my statement it was one charge, and then on my bank statement the charge was much higher by $30.00 and I need to call to inquire as why the additional charges since I did not buy or purchase anything additional.

Comfort, convenience and location which was perfect for exploring the cities museums, monuments and parks etc without the need to use public transport. Staff were always smiling and friendly and very helpful.
