I like the fact that they were willing to give you a room for the night with shirt notice .
Great location and clean comfortable stay
Pillows weren't great, need to be a little firmer.
A friend in New Hampshire recommended Holiday Inn Greenbelt. It was great advice. We were attracted by the free shuttle to and from the Metro station. But in addition we were delighted with the great accommodations--bright, clean, large room; good shower; lovely lobby; excellent staff. The price was great for the holiday weekend.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.
I thoroughly enjoyed the night I stayed at the Holiday Inn. The next time that I am in the area, it'll be my ideal place to stay.
Wifi could have been a bit more accessible
The place in its self
The restaurant staff was awful
I liked everything
I dont have anything bad to say
My stay at the Holiday Inn was great but what was even better is the great time I had at there bar, Willy K's! Great food! Great drinks and even better service!
Luxury linens & VERY comfortable bed.
Smell of smoke in the room. Dust on the wall so thick you could write on it.,(already done),used washcloth of the previous occupant draped over the shower curtain bar(eww) and the loud hum @scratching noise coming from the fridge.
Comfort of bed,
Carpets need to clean chemically or replace. Very dirty bathroom floor, there was black mildew between tiles.I'm using that Hotel 10years. Need a deep clinging for those carpets....and tiles..!!! Just a tads. Sorry folks...
I like the niceness of the staff and the room is always clean
the refrigerator makes a lot of noise
I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff
Friendly staff everything else as usual and typical
Wifi routers are badly configured. Difficult to get online
Our rooms were close to elevator and snack/water area. Everything was clean and the maid service was excellent.
The hard beds. The round about way to get to the hotel. One exit for leaving and one for arriving. When you don't know the area I was confused.
The rooms needs updating, Wi-Fi was poor, the refrigerator was loud.
Lights went out, no shower curtain
Location to FedEx Field.Food at restaurant was good. Staff was very friendly and was willing to help in anyway.
Mattress was horrible. Tub in shower did not drain well. The restaurant was not clean,
Proximity to DC metro area & general services.
Breakfast no longer included in price.
Location close to all activities.
Air conditioner very noisy thou out the night.
Location was very convenient for my trip, easy to reach from BWI. Spacious room with tea & coffee facilities. Shopping center in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Somewhat used look of many elements,Wifi relatively slow.
Overall we enjoyed our experience. Parking and WIFI were free, staff was friendly and a shuttle was provided to get us to the metro.
What we didn't enjoy was that the bathroom was dated and had tooth paste stains on the door/front of counter. There was no complimentary breakfast. And a stranger walked into our room while we're were resting after a day of touring. It left us feeling like anyone had access to our room. The hallways were extremely hot as well.
- Standard Holiday Inn
- Expensive for the location (OK, Goddard is very close)
Interacting with the staff was pleasant and productive at all times. The room was quiet. The price was appropriately competitive.
This hotel is old-looking and needs to be refurbished. It's one of those places whose general wear and tear could cause one to downgrade the cleanliness unfairly.
Breakfast was not complimentary when I get a hotel around those rates with complimentary breakfast I chose the free breakfast.
