Staff was very nice and accommodating.
staff willing to go out of way for me
Having never stayed here before,I picked this particular hotel because it was a good price, had a pool and the pictures of the rooms looked very nice. I was very pleased with the appearance of the hotel, the staff, and the convenient quick check out which involved having the bill slid under the door so I could sign and leave the keys in the room.
Proximity to the park and many bars and restaurants.
Doors slam. Room was a little pricey for what it was.
Being on the first floor and check in process
Noise level. Rooms were not quiet. Overhead walking noise all night.
Hotel was very clean and modern for a what seemed to be a very seasonal tourist town. The attached restaurant has excellent food. All three of us had dinner and we all agreed.
The lighting in front at the main entrance seemed dark and uninviting during our night arrival. Lots of parking in back so you don't have to park in front on the street. Would have liked a free breakfast buffet for the price but the attached restaurant was probably worth the paid breakfast.
Very Close to West entrance to Yellowstone. Good selection of pubs/restaurants within walking distance.
Hotel was a little dated. Needs upgrades. Things such as hairdryer mount hanging off the wall as well as the toilet tissue rod. Also hotel was quite noisy, doors slam and paper thin walls between rooms...
perfect service, super location and a good restaurant
The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of town and close to all amenities and restaurants. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE.
The location is great for your visit to Yellowstone. West gate is only a mile or less from the hotel. Bed was very comfortable.
I read a review by someone else saying his daily rate charge was $20.00 a day more then his reservation stated. So I asked to verify our rate during check in. Guess what, it also was $20.00 more per night then what our reservation stated. It was corrected but I wonder if this is a trend at this place. Be alert to this. The carpet looked like it needed replacing. When looking for the table lamp switch I noticed the light bulbs were covered with dust. Not a major issue but it gets you to wondering what else may not of been done. Overall the room did the job for us, but I certainly expected better for $240.00 a night in late August. I can't compare this place with any other in West Yellowstone but if we should return again I think we would give another hotel a try. In fairness I think the rates are pretty much in line with other hotels there. You definitely are paying for the location!
Close to the gate.. And the room suite was nice and convenient.
Took 35 min to have 2 poached eggs and 2 English muffins delivered to our breakfast table. ...When they arrived my 2 eggs were hard boiled instead of poached. ...We had friends waiting for us at the gates. We never had breakfast or food at the Holiday Inn Restaurant for the remaining of our trip. The room was ok but a bit outdated for the money. It was comfortable enough. We thought we were paying one price...but no. Our bill was so much bigger then expected. Breakfast is not included....
The facilities are great, received a call from the front desk not long after arriving in our room asking if there was anything we needed. The staff are very accommodating, The Branch Restaurant have great food, prices are reasonable and the staff are fantastic. Great location, close to Yellowstone NP
Loved it all
The location was good and the facilities were fine
No complementary breakfast and the Wi-Fi basically didn't work to three days we were there
Got wake up by a tap on the door. Housekeeping asking when we were leaving. Very rude to be woke up by this! Very expense. No breakfast!
1. Possibly the best entrance for visiting Yellow Stone National Park (can visit Grand Teton after Yellow Stone, get exit from the south entrance) 2. Very convenient to access the National Park 3. A very nice place to stay: tidy, clean, and quiet. 4. Parking is never a problem at the hotel (and convenient also). 5. People of the hotel are very nice. 6. The kids are quite like the swimming pool. If it's bigger, I believe it's also good for adults to relax, to accompany the kids.
We do not have complaint to the hotel.
Room was very nice and clean. Nice selection of pillows. The gentleman working during check-in and evenings was very nice. Pool looked nice with small hot tub and a sauna. We did not use them.
There is no continental breakfast. You can hear everything in your room. People walking above your room. Every door slams shut and they start early in the morning. The toilet does not flush well which seemed to be a consistent problem in town. The Restaurant attached to the motel has a limited breakfast menu and is very expensive.
Rooms over priced for the area.
Very comfortable with pleasant and helpful staff. Food was surprisingly good at the Branches restaurant.
Great location. Clean modern rooms even carpet was clean. Great hotel staff, very helpful and caring.
Restaurant was horrible. Over priced and staffed by immigrant workers who provided poor service. When we asked for a manager, couldn't understand what we were asking for. Room located over laundry room. Whole room shook in the morning.
Very near the entrance to the park
Very expensive hotel and a bit run down. Also very noisy .
The staff was te most positive with the place, nice, helpful and always smiling.
The room, size OK, but we heard every sound from the corridor and when people were walking in the room above it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.
The rooms were clean and the personnel was friendly. The Wi-Fi was working all the time at an acceptable speed.
Although they advertise environmental awareness, they changed all towels every day, even we did not throw them on the floor (as instructed). The also changed the soap after very little use. The indoor pool is very small and smells quite bad.
