The mattress was lumpy and squeaky, past its useful life.

Shower in 1st room

First night bay view room was actually over looking 2 buildings and having to endure the noise of air conditioning units on the roof. When I complained moved me to front tower and better view. However I specifically wanted on beach - no beach and water was across very busy street. Valet was never available in morning would have to go to front desk to ask for car & wait 10 min for car. 2nd room shower no water pressure Paid $65 plus tips for valet then found out had parking right by entrance as we were leaving no one explained parking.

Charged us twice then again for a third time before we were told a refund would not occur right away. So our budget was tight. Our sliding door was hard to open

I booked this hotel at least 8 months ago and no body let us no there had been a name change which resulted in a very expensive taxi ride across the other side of town. Asked to be dropped of at the train station which is only one street away, ( more to help with bags ) with two hotel owned buses sitting out side, we were told in two hours we can take you!

The ac did not work, called for service no one came. The toliet was pluged when we checked in, it took them a hour to go and fix it. The sink was dirty. Overall I would never stay there again.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Would definitely opt for harbour view, rather than city-side.

Fairly high price, given the city-view room we were given (see 'like' comments). Change of ownership to Wyndham meant we could not use our loyaly card.

The name of the hotel had changed and we hadn't been informed in advance.

The location was perfect! We were across the street from the harbor. We could easily get to all the sites like Old Town, Gaslamp District, Zoo, Seaport Village and Sea World. The hotel offered a shuttle to the airport and some of the tourist attractions. The view from our balcony and the afternoon sun on it was pleasant.

No microwave or fridge in the room. The room was in need of an update.

Location and convienience

Hotel name change caused a minor problem when trying to locate hotel, new name sign should have had old name on it also

right across from the Cruise Ship Terminal.Could walk to the Ship.

Hotel was convenient to city events and everthing within walking distance

We could eAsily walk to many places downtown ,restaurant was good.

No fault of yours, but the weather was cold and rainy and we needed sunshine Continental breakfast would be nice.

The Resturant accessibility is great around the hotel.

Vallet and parking price is ridiculous.

Location by Embarcadero Free shuttle to Balboa Park and City Centre

Remoteness of South Tower from main hotel (obviously built as a separate hotel) - walk through the pouring rain for meals and drinks in main hotel not appreciated!) Not enough electrical outlets in room

Staff was very helpful.

Not being allowed to smoke out on balcony of room. I was on 14th floor. And felt for 220.00 a night I should have been able to smoke out on the balcony of my room. Thanks
