Very affordable, not far from Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head, rooms are quite big, very nice and helpful staff. Wifi is $20 per month but works in many spots throughout Hawaii and is quite fast. We came early and there was no problem with check in at 10am. Laundry + detergents and softener available at the hotel's reception Everything was at least as good as described on booking.com

I liked the friendly and inviting staff. They were always very attentive and fun to interact with. The beds were very hard. The coffee in the room was not very good.

The front office staffs were nice except for that one oriental fellow. Most staffs were great except for one guy dont know if he is a maintenance guy or a manager , dress like a manager but acts like a Bossy brat. anyways , we forgot oue cell phone charger in our room upon checked out , call to see if can pick up. The same guy kinda oriental fellow told us its not there , not even a second to check or what , very mean. We end up buying another charger which was not necessary.

The location was excellent, good, clean facilities. The major downfall is the road noise and I think that's because the glass is not soundproof or perhaps because the windows are those older 1970's style for hot countries but because Ala Rainbow and Holiday surf are on Ala Wai Blvd, it makes it very noisy but if you're use to road noise you'll be fine.

Great location for food and nightlife and popular beaches. Great base for excursions throughout the island. Close to the best snorkeling on the island. Walk to zoo, library, museums, aquarium, beaches shopping and restaurants.Room had full kitchenette. The windows are single pane aluminum and it can be noisy. I turned on fan and wore plugs. I mentioned that and they know but they are in the process of upgrading. Other than that I think its perfect.

Great price, great location. We were upgraded to a condo in the annexe for free which was really spacious. This place was an ideal base for Wikiki, right in the middle of the action and brilliantly priced.

The staff was helpful and changed our room to accomodate issues we had. It was retro 1950's. We had to ask the front desk for our tv remote, hair dryer, etc. Everything was just very old.

The wiew. The floors were never cleaned. Too litle equipment in the kitchen, difficult to make food there. Things disappeared from the bathroom, I mistake they were stolen. I felt unsecure because we didnt have a room in the hotel building. We had an unpleasant experience one evening when we came home and a couple tryed to breake in to the stair room.

It was conveniently located within walking distance to alot of things like the zoo, aquarium, beach, shopping. It was reasonable priced for being on a budget. Great view had a Corner room very quiet. Like the fact it had a kitchen so we could cook and not have to eat out all the time. Great time thanks They need to have some thing put on the doors to go outside because when you have the patio door open and walk outside the door it slams. Hated that because it was loud and felt like it disturbed other guest.

Very large room for the price. Could easily have fit 4 people in the room. Would be great if traveling with kids. Clean upon arrival Close to Shopping, Beach, Bus Routes Full Kitchen w/ Dishes, Pots, and Pans. We were located in the Annex Building (re-purposed apartments) 2 blocks from the main building. Street below is incredibly loud. Impossible to get a restful nights sleep with the windows open. (not really hotels fault) Housekeeping didn't change the sheets. Also for some reason our bed didn't have a fitted sheet. TV was old 11" tube tv with no remote. you shouldn't be watching TV anyway but for NCAA Tourney time it was really inconvenient

The view and the friendly staff The upgrade....had booked two beds and was put in a room, they called an upgrade, with one bed and only sheets for their very uncomfortable and hard fouton. We were put in an annex because the hotel was filled, it was 1and 1/2 blocks from the hotel with no lobby or I felt no security. You needed a chip to open the elevator door that was right off the sidewalk, nothing to prevent anyone on the street from entering with you. Our shower drain was mostly blocked, up to your ankles in water during your shower. Took 3 days to get that fixed. Dishes had to be washed upon arrival due to old food stuck to them, and no dish soap was provided. I would not stay there again. But we had a very nice view in the room with a lot of windows. The staff when we went to the hotel with problems were very friendly.

The price was the only plus for this property Where do I begin? I have stayed at many hotels in Waikiki and this was by far the worst. My stay was for 28 nights and the best they could do was give me a 2nd floor room directly facing Ala Wai blvd. The traffic noise at night was intolerable. The room had sheer curtains on the windows that did nothing to block out the light from the outside streetlamps. A request for a room change went unanswered by the staff - they never even responded. In short, I will never set foot in this hotel again and your agency would be well served to drop this property from your listing. A very bad travel experience.
