Staff was very helpful, room was clan alhtough everything is quite old. The shower curtain had holes. In general, it's a fairly valued hotel, you get what you pay for. Continental breakfast is served between 7:45 and 9:00 am, leaving a lot of people without the chance to get it, because they have to leave earlier. In general things are old in the hotel.They charge US 2 per day additional to any quote you get because they charge the safe appart. I don't think this is fair because you don't learn until you get there that you have to pay those 2 extra. |

Hello, I am not happy at all, was a disaster. The air conditioning was not working, the tv was bad and the controls did not work, attention to this very bad and neglected and thrown down. The unfortunate pool was dirty green and unpleasantly I do not like, do not walk the two lifts, the tale, air conditioning, cleaning, client care, people are staying is unpleasant, ugly and dirty area |

The swimming pool was not open, the housekeeper was rude, impolite. The safe was not working but they charge USD 2 / day and punctually at 11 am the housekeeper knock the door asking us to leave (while we are packing). Very very poor breakfast till 9am (No milk, no fruits, no bread), only cereal, orange juice. |

the hotel staff no pool,tv only some channel,the buniness room always closed,no ice and the floors and the 2nd time we stay the room didn't have towels,and we have to go to the front desk 2 time beacause the key was not working. |

Das Hotel war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe schon sehr viele Hotels bei Ihnen gebucht, die ausnahmslos gut waren. Aber dieses Hotel sollte bei Ihnen aus dem Angebot genommen werden.Wir habe bei der Anfahrt 1,5 Stunden gebraucht, um es zu finden, obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Es war kein Hinweis auf dieses Hotel zu finden. Auf Nachfrage sagte man, dass es dieses Hotel nicht mehr gibt. Ursache dafür ist offensichtlich, dass die Namen des Hotels ständig wechseln. Auch direkt am Hotel oder in dessen Lobby war keine Hinweis auf den Hotelnamen.Da ich zwei Hotelzimmer gebucht hatte, für Freunde und für mich, stehe ich nun entsprechend blöd da. |

nao tem internete, so fiquei pois tinha reserva. O mapa de localizacao do hotel esta bem distante da realidade ,o mesmo nao tem sequer numero de identificacao bem como mome. O cafe da manha so as 8hs. nao recomendo. |
